Service is excellent!! Juan, Oscar, Luis and Bernie were awesome at the pool! Uri and Frank are the best Butlers, and Amy with Legendary is outstanding!!! We stayed in the Rock Star suite and the view from the deck is amazing!! Always enjoy our trip here!

Everything was amazing! The staff is who really makes it incredible! The entertainment team is amazing and so much fun, we loved Reed, Yamilet, Theresa, Sebastian, and everyone involved with activities at the main pool and at night! I don't remember everyone's names, but the whole crew is awesome and they always have a smile on their faces! The pool waiters are also amazing, Isreal, Jose, and Gregor really stood out to me. Xu, our Bali bed waitress was extremely attentive and I never had an empty drink, she was great. Also shout out to Gil and the other swim up bar bartenders, they were incredible as well. Yuma at the towel stand is very friendly and quick! We loved the waiter at Zen. Zen was also our favorite restaurant throughout our stay. The service was great there as well as the food. We can't wait to come back!

Eat the steak at Frida!! The shrimp empanadas are fire!! Lulu was phenomenal, she took such great care as well as Cristina and Johan. Such a wonderful experience. Such a pleasure to have a gluten free dessert.

Excellent service by Daniel (Freddie Mercury) and Luis (Rammstein) and amazing food - Luis at the Sushi Bar is the king of sushi and never disappoints - thank you for always making us feel special and part of the HR family??????????????????????????????????????????
