Upon arriving to the Vdara, we were hit with a daily fee of $45.00 attached to our bill. $250 minimum fee to book Cabana. The smell of marijuana was unbearable as well as there is no where to eat or a casino. Spa closed. etc,,,,, waste of money don't stay here

We booked the VDARA to be able to hit the spa after a day of ATV riding, but nope. SPA closed and what services that were available we were unable to use. Tablet charge was busted, reported it three times, and still were unable to make reservations to what was available. Attempted to call in and were disconnected each time or no answer. Check in would have been miserable if it wasn't for Theresa, she was awesome! We've stayed at the ARIA and thought the VDARA would be a step up but...we'll most likely just stay at the ARIA next time.

Security officer Miguel saved our trip to Vegas. If it was not for his heroic action in helping us, I genuinely believe this would have been our worst trip to Vegas, but thanks to Miguel, he prevented that with his quick thinking. Thank you, Miguel, for your help, and we will forever return to Vdara because of him. Whoever is doing the hiring here, please keep up the great work.

    It did not meet expectations.

We questioned the cleanliness of our room. There was a random scrap of paper on the shower drain when we entered our room. Our second night, we noticed a weird stain on my husbands pillow which looked like makeup, but I hadn’t even touched his pillow. Before we checked out, we did a run through to make sure we didn’t forget anything. There was an empty drink can in the cupboards which wasn’t from either of us. On our second night after our dinner date, we returned to our hotel room to find we couldn’t enter our room. The battery on the door lock was dead. We went down and told the front desk we couldn’t get in with our room with our digital keys and something was wrong with with the lock. He gave us physical keys hoping to resolve the issue. The physical keys didn’t work either, so we went back down to the front desk again to let them know. This time he called security to let them know our lock needed to be fixed. We waited about half an hour and nothing was done. A bellhop noticed I was walking around aimlessly and asked if everything was ok. I told him the problem and he directed me who to talk to. I spoke with Ramon from security and he got immediately on it and had it fixed within 10 minutes. The pool had extremely limited hours which was extremely disappointing. We would not choose to stay here again.

    Vdara was a great experience

Teresa at check in was amazing. She made sure our giant family was well taken care of with convenient room accommodations and upgrades. We were traveling with a baby and she made sure our room was optimal for that. A crib was promptly delivered, extra linens and bottled water for mixing baby bottles.
