This hotel looks average from the outside and lobby area but once you get inside a room thats where your nightmare begins. Immediately entering the room you see how plain, dirty and TINY this room is. I have been in small rooms before but Knotts Berry Hotel takes the cake. I paid over $250 for a “queen room” which literally the queen stained sheet bed was the only thing that fit there. I thought I was going to have a birthday party for my kid and a couple of his friends. This hotel is a joke and needs to be shut down. My kids friends were sitting outside of the room eating their cake. There was no room to walk around and they are the ones who noticed all the nasty stains on the sheets. I complained to management and their management and not a single one cared. None of the kids (even my own) ended up staying because there was literally no space. I stayed because i spent so much money on it and was too tired after dropping everyone off to drive back to LA and regret it. Bug bites all over my chest, arms legs!!! No joke. Front desk manager even had the nerve to charge me a late check out because i was looking for my gopro that was on the night stand next to my bed. So either the maids are stealing your stuff when you leave the room or there are ghosts. Ghetto assss hotel, ghetto asss EMPLOYEES and MANAGEMENT. JUST GROSS ALL AROUND! I’m glad I didnt eat in any of their restaurants on site. Never again.

    Worth it!!

This was worth every penny!! When we greet us, my granddaughters loved it. Good way to dip your toe into Scary Farm for first timers. It was so great after the event ending at 2am to just have a short walk to our room. The room was simple, had everything we needed (Beds, shower). Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Knott's Berry Farm Hotel. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and linens were of good quality. It was a convenient location for our activities. Surprisingly, the hotel was very quiet at night which was wonderful as the Scary Halloween was going on at Knott's Berry Farm theme park a few nights we were there. The Hotel offers a free bus shuttle to Disneyland which was a plus. The bellman was able to recommend a great car rental place for the two days we needed a car. They brought the car to the hotel and picked it up at the hotel. We felt it was very reasonable. The restaurant located in the hotel offered very tasty food and had a nice hot buffet each day for, what we thought, was an affordable price. We were very pleased.

Front desk staff were bland, not helpful. My family were told when going out for the day that they had to change rooms because someone else wanted 3 rooms together. Very close obviously to Knottsberry farm park. Shuttle bus is offered for Disneyland but at a cost. We had booked the bus for a 5:30 return and then rung and told due to a private function they wouldn’t be picking us up till 9:30. We certainly felt that everyone was more important than us. If your going to Disneyland stay in Anaheim.
