Was here for a conference and would specifically like to call out two employees who were very hospitable, Yadiel and Kirk. Particularly, Yadiel. He went above and beyond to complete a task for me. He could’ve easily given up, but didn't and was able to give me what I needed. And for Kirk, he is such a kind and friendly employee. Very helpful. Both deserve special recognition.

Omni was very attentive to our small family’s needs and requests. Excellent on-site amenities, great selection of restaurants and awesome pools, perfect for families with kids of all ages. We used the shuttle to the Disney parks nearly everyday and the drivers were terrific. Wait staff was friendly and flexible with our family. If our stay is reflective of all Omni resorts then I would definitely recommend Omni to anyone looking for a resort retreat.

My family and I stayed here on the tail end of a disney trip. After staying at Disney resorts and being consistently overwhelmed by people and underwhelmed by experience Omni was a breath of fresh air. No lines, no chaos, just simple access to clean, comfortable amenities. They really went above and beyond as well with little details that I appreciated. They sent balloons to the room for my 7 year olds birthday. They passed out rubber ducks at the pool for the kids. Ivan, our server at the Italian restaurant, Trevi’s made sure that everyone had everything they needed and was attentive. Somewhere along the line servers forgot the serve part of their job, but Ivan held true. I would recommend anyone with kids, golfers, anyone who wants a decent stay and to get away to come here.

There were weddings, an enormous soccer tournament, a Lowes convention all in the week we went to the Omni at Champion’s Gate. We were not informed, it ruined the experience and we did not get to enjoy the amenities we paid a premium for.

Laura Roman went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had the best birthday weekend! We appreciate all that the Omni did for us to make our stay magical!
