Beautiful location and facilities! The entertainment crew are Fantastic! Evelyn, Luis, Mariana, Ernesto and Jimena provide a lot of fun and energy! The Mexican Fiesta on Thursday’s is amazing! The Saturday Latino show has fantastic singing and dancing!!!

I had a wonderful massage, facial and scalp massage! I can't wait to come every year to this spa. Very pleasant and relaxing. The staff is fabulous.

Stayed 4-11Jan2026. Convenient location 1.4kms north of the north end of the Malecon. A few restaurants, bars & many stores, including the large Soriana hypermarket within easy walking distance. Walkable course sand beach, but swimmable only by strong, adventurous types. 15 acre (6 ha) flat site is beautifully landscaped. 2 large pools; the southerly one is quieter & has a hot tub; both have swim-up bars. 4 tennis courts. Ample parking. Conference facilities. Some condos & time-share rooms. 473 rooms, all facing the ocean; lower floor ocean views are obstructed by landscaping & dining facilities. Original good quality build c.1988 with additions & updates; our Deluxe Oceanview room was spacious, clean, nicely decorated & equipped. Our bed was fine, but our friends’ was due for replacement. Two fine-dining restaurants require reservations & about half the entrees cost extra for all-inclusive guests. Other restaurants, the amazing buffet & pool-side food was all very good. Staff were all friendly & competent. Excellent Thursday night buffet with Mariachi performance. No drama – just a very pleasant stay. Don’t use Nexus Tours ground transport to/from the airport, as it costs 3x taxi fare & simply adds an unwanted layer of complexity.

Luis is my favorite of recreation staff. He is so joyful and makes me feel like family. He helped me make bracelets and did alot of other activities more fun

Beautiful resort and super friendly events staff. Many things to do including Zumba, stretch, fun aquacize, tastings, blackjack and today bead bracelets. Luis has entertained us, made us laugh, assisted with the bracelet knots and most of all makes everyone feel welcome. Great trip…Thank you ????
