Jimena and Luis are Very good activity directors for games! The bocce ball and cornhole were a lot of fun! Especially winning the free drink every time I won ????
Perfect for a family vacation

Excellent location, lush gardens, lovely resort. Friendly service and service with a smile. A special thanks to Luis and Jimena who were always warm, friendly and engaging with all of us. They are the head of the entertainment crew and made it fun for the family to be at the pool each day… from dancing classes, to aqua aerobics and more they are always wearing a genuine smile!! We are happy we chose this resort and gladly recommend it to others.

We love the Buganvilias. The rooms are great and Guillermo Urtiaga Lopez, the customer service manager, has made certain our stays are comfortable and wonderful. We have been coming for about thirty years and will continue for many more!
