They really dropped the ball at this place with their COVID protocol. The have no communications put into place and took me 12 hours to get my 17 year old out of quarantine on the day the told me she could come out. It took my travel agent 12 hours on the phone to finally get them to say she could come out of her room and into mine. Then it took 2 1/2 hours for them to actually make it happen. Would have been nice to know that not everything was going to be open. Could not even get lunch or a snack on the beach. Now if you stayed in Maya or Linda they had a snack bar on the beach, but we were not allowed to eat from there. If I would have know I would have paid extra to upgrade to those properties. Could barley make a reservation for the restaurants, because they would not open every night and filled up too fast. I will never return to this resort or any other Iberostar Resort.

We had a blast on a girls weekend here. Leslie was awesome and always gave us ideas on things to do and places to go. The entire staff was great but Leslie stands out. Drinks are great. My only wish is that the air conditioner in the room went colder; Coloradans can’t do heat! But still I plan to be back with the husband and kids. Oh and watch out, the Coati will rob you blind ??

We had a fantastic time here for a girls weekend! Leslie from the activities team is great getting to know the guests and getting you to participate in the events! Drinks were plenty and food was fantastic! Planning a family vacation here in the future!

The resort is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly. Leslie has such fun entertainment games and her energy is immaculate! The drinks are ready at all times with amazing service. The beach is gorgeous with great sand and plenty of seating for everyone.

You have to come here! The people are amazing but especially Leslie, she was the highlight of our vacation. They have many food options and lovely entertainment with beautiful pools! The beach has wonderful sand and we stayed by the pool which was a short walk to the beach and pool. 10/10 recommended
