The Ocean Coral & Turquesa currently has elevators that are temporarily out of service. At this time, there are eight elevators that guests can access in buildings 9, 11, 12 & 15. It is expected that the elevator repairs be completed by March 2018.
The hotel will conduct improvements that will take place at the Casa de Mar buffet restaurant starting on September 1 and is expected to be completed by November 15, 2017. During the renovation, the Villa Marina restaurant will be available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a temporary buffet. All attempts will be made to minimize any impact to guests during this time.

The service at this property is excellent! Alexander & Ricardo, at the El Beso pool, took such good care of us & of course, now that we are so spoiled we want to take them home with us…we are privilege members & definitely feel this property stands above the other H10 resorts where we have stayed. Everything about this resort has been 5??

Absolutely amazing! Especially the front desk Jocsan, it was my parents 50/70 celebration and he upgraded them without even asking and just went over and beyond! First night and I’m IMPRESSED ALREADY!!!
