The Hotel is very good and clean . The staff is very polite and helpful. The pool environment is nice and clean.

Came here on our honeymoon and got absolutely spoiled! Service was amazing and every staff member was willing to help out in anyway possible. Special shoutout the Rene and Luis at the AuRune bar in the TRS lobby. Made our trip so fun and great conversation! No complaints!!!

Martha at Helios restaurant is a superstar! She will make every visit extra special. Martha is kind, always smiling and has the best suggestions on food and drinks. She remembered our preferences quickly. Hostess Ashley at Helios is excellent, she remembered us right away and always greeted us with a big smile. The wine tasting experience with the sommelier Pamela is outstanding! Pamela is an extraordinary sommelier and a great asset to the resort! The entertainment team is working hard to create engaging activities. Marianna, David, Jerik and Daniella with supervisor Luis offer a varied program of activities with bright smiles and upbeat attitude. We’ve done guacamole tasting, pool bike, pool pole, pilates, archery, paddle yoga, trampoline workout. Carlos, the butler at building 66, is exceptional!! He is very pleasant and proactive! What an amazing birthday surprise he organized for two of our family members!! Fantastic!! Miguel and Islas, the cart drivers/bellhop, are fantastic! Miguel quickly remembered our group’s villas and always waved and smiled. We had a very relaxing vacation. The hotel was at lower capacity so plenty of Bali beds by the pool. Our food was always warm. A lot of evening entertainment is scaled back compared to previous years, perhaps due to lower capacity. Capricho was closed for breakfast for the whole month. We enjoyed the animals around the resort and being in the middle of mangroves.
