My husband and I have been travel club members for over 12 years. We have seen many beautiful properties as we’ve traveled, but what keeps us coming back to Palladium Riviera Maya is the amazing hospitality and service we receive from the service staff! Starting with Ernesto at the beach club who was one of the first servers we met over 12 years ago who always greets us like family that are visiting his home! He creates me my own special mocktails every time I come and makes sure we lack nothing while we’re hanging out at the beach club , to Armando who kept our room clean all week at TRS villa 69, Raul at La Dahlia and Hacienda buffet who gave us superb service at breakfast and lunch and the TRS Helios waiters Martha, Caesar (Horacio), Daniel and Magdalena who made us feel like we were the most important people there. They are all who keep us coming back year after year! They are what makes your resort super special to us! Palladium would not be the same without them!!

Amazing hotel - POP team (Jerik,Mayiana and Daniela) were great at doing fitness classes. All the restaurants have been a high standard - we had exceptional service from Juan and Brenda in Tentazione restaurant and I all the restaurants.

Victor at Zentropia Spa is an exceptional massage therapist. He listens to your requests for focusing on problem areas, is very professional & recommends techniques with towels, etc to use at home, for specific areas. The positive effects of his work are felt for many days after this body work was completed. Muy bueno Victor!

Im honestly not usually one to write reviews, i believe good service is expected at certain locations and that should be the norm. Tonight however Me and my wife had eaten at La Boheme the french restaurant and our waiter Oscar was truly exceptional. It’s no exaggeration to say we received the best quality of service we have ever received. The food itself was phenomenal but even had it of not been the service we received from Oscar would of still left us in a positive view. Excellent work from Oscar and he deserves all the recognition for just how above and beyond his service was. Outstanding!
