Beautiful surroundings

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The wild life was interesting and amazing to see. However, it seemed very common not to get the room you booked on arrival which is difficult when someone has mobility difficulties and there is really no recognition of this. The food was good but early booking for restaurants is essential. There is a lot of up selling so be prepared to be asked to pay extra for a premium service. Overall it was a fantastic holiday just a few things that put a dampener on it.

This hotel is five star. Service is amazing, food delicious, super clean hotel, great drinks. Specialty restaurants were five star.
Beautiful, relaxing experience

It was my first time. I had a wonderful trip. Look forward to coming back hopefully, someday that atmosphere was just beautiful. The rooms were verynice. Our butler. The first night was awesome. The rest and they were good but not as friendly.
Not all inclusive - horrible food, but great staff.

it was not all inclusive- lots of upcharges. Room service Food was so bad, but all staff were amazing

Susana and Israel were the best EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recommend them if you ever go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
