We have been visiting the Palladium since 2004 and have stayed at TRS the last 3 stays. The butler, Naomi, was the best. Our favorite restaurant was Tentazione. Great staff with delicious food. The POP Entertainment staff at the Infinity pool always went out of their way to make us feel welcome and enjoy our stay. Thank you to David, Daniela, Donaldo and Demian, the POP staff.

Just returned home after a week at TRS Yucatan Grand Palladium celebrating my husband’s and my anniversary, and it was truly an incredible trip. Gabriel and Maggie, our butlers, checked in with us every day and made sure every need and special request was taken care of. They were not only incredibly attentive and knowledgeable about the resort, but also went out of their way to make our anniversary feel special with thoughtful little surprises throughout the week. Joao, our travel club concierge, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions about our membership with ease. We loved our breakfasts and lunches at Helios, and Julio consistently went above and beyond—by the end of the week, he had our orders memorized and even surprised us with a special “goodbye” dessert. We also had a fantastic experience at El Gaucho, where Edui provided attentive service and made our final dinner at the resort feel extra special. A big thank you as well to the team at El Gaucho for surprising us with a beautiful outdoor “special” table. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable vacation, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

TRS Yucatan has given us great and lasting memories. The excellent service stands out from the check in to departure. The butler service was excellent. The food was overall really good, especially La Boème. The cheese fondue was outstanding. Pools, beach and all the nature, the resort provided so much to see, to experience. Remember to try the boat ride from White Sands for amazing views from the lagoons. The boat captain was more than friendly. He gave us fantastic memories. Can't wait to go back!

Our stay at this all-inclusive resort in Cancun was nothing short of exceptional, and the butler service truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, the butlers made us feel welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of. Their attention to detail was outstanding—they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. GEORGE AND ISREAL were AMAZING! Whether it was securing reservations at the best restaurants, arranging beachside cabanas, or surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout our stay, their level of service was consistently above and beyond. They were always friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best time possible. Thanks to the incredible butler team, our time in Cancun was unforgettable. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and already looking forward to coming back. We would absolutely recommend this resort to anyone looking for top-tier service and a truly special vacation.

We enjoyed the a la carte restaurants. La Adalita fiservice. was amazing, along with the lamb at La Boheme (Gabriel and Ruben provided excellent service).
