This was a short getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was incredible! TRS Yucatan is a wonderful escape to paradise! The property is beautiful and the service is AMAZING! All of the staff members are so friendly and kind! The butlers, pool staff, bartenders, restaurant staff were all incredible! We stayed in an amazing suite with a private pool.The room was so big and beautiful! We had a floating breakfast for my husband’s birthday, which was so beautiful! I can’t say enough about this resort! We can’t wait to come back!

My stay at TRS Yucatan was absolutely my best experience in every way at an all inclusive Resort. I will definitely visit it again !!!

This was my first visit to this resort & I was very happy with my stay. Everyone was friendly & very accommodating. My butler group for Villa 67 (Jose, Ramon) they were the best! Margarito my masseuse @ the spa gave me the best massage in the past 5 yrs, Hector transported me around throughout my stay on the resort & he was always friendly & very pleasant to be around. Jose @ check out was quick & attentive when I was leaving. Thanks to my housekeeping staff as well as they kept my room clean & stocked plus lovely decorations for my birthday. This was an awesome stay for me! Muchas Gracias!!

It’s a good hotel, though I feel it’s overpriced. Cleanliness needs improvement—especially in the bathrooms and regarding the cleanup after construction or renovation work. Some restaurants are nothing special, while others—like El Gaucho and La Brasa — are excellent. I’d stay there again if the price wasn't too high. I’d advise against having high expectations; overall, it’s a good hotel, but nothing extraordinary.

We stayed at TRS Yucatan for two weeks as a couple and overall had a lovely holiday. It’s a beautiful resort with a great selection of restaurants, excellent service and plenty to enjoy. Our absolute favourite was the infinity pool. We spent time there every single day of our holiday and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A special mention has to go to Luciana, who was the server around the pool. Her service was outstanding throughout our stay — she was attentive, friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed the choice of restaurants. There was plenty of variety, so there was something for everyone, and we never struggled to get a reservation when we wanted one. We also want to say a huge thank you to Arnfurlo, Gabriella and Ashley at the Helios restaurant. Their wonderful service, kindness and friendly personalities really made our holiday. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after, and they are a real credit to the resort. The main reason we’ve given the resort 4 stars rather than 5 is the evening entertainment. We felt that the adults-only section was a little too quiet, particularly if you didn’t want to pay extra for some of the evening dining and entertainment options such as CHIC. Having already spent thousands of pounds on the holiday, we didn’t feel that paying additional charges for these was particularly good value. We weren’t looking for a lively or party atmosphere — we specifically wanted a chilled adults-only holiday — but we did feel there could have been a little more entertainment available. Some evenings there wasn’t a great deal happening, while on other nights the entertainment started quite late or had quite long gaps between acts. Unfortunately, this is probably the main reason we wouldn’t return. We didn’t particularly want to spend our evenings in the family areas, but found the adults-only section a little too quiet for us after two weeks. That said, we still had a really enjoyable holiday and think TRS Yucatan is a lovely resort. The beautiful surroundings, amazing infinity pool, fantastic restaurant selection and wonderful staff made it a memorable two weeks.
