Disapointed

Great location and very helpful friendly people at checkin. Otherwise very dirtyt amd dated. Elevators were broken and only 0ne was working and that was by the garbage shoot. Broken outlet in hallway, wrappers on hallway floor never picked up in 3 days. Bathroom had hair and mold in shower and towel rack fell of wall. Coffee table and side tables had rings from glasses which we easily wiped up. Place should shut down and have a thorough cleaning and overhaul
Disappointing

This unfortunately was not a great stay. We liked the beach and the little cafe and beach bar are great. The room experience was rough. The first night, fire alarms went off twice at 2am. No one could get back to sleep and still not sure what happened. No fire trucks showed up and no communication to guests on what happened. The next day our smoke alarm started to chirp in our suite. I called front desk and they called back and said it had stopped. It continued to chirp later that night. This typically means it’s need a new 9volt or needs replacement. The drain in master bathroom was broken and wouldn’t drain. The trash can in kitchen is tiny, size of a small bathroom waste can and no extra trash bags. Lastly, the pools are not monitored for “guests only” or keycard access. We watched two large families park, use pool and tables and leave later in the day. I don’t like blowing up places on a review but at $400 night it could have been better.
