Ignore the negative comments - what a wonderful hotel - would return.

Please ignore any negative reviews. We stayed here for a week with 2 children. The place is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. The area to get ready is great and lots of storage space. Please note if a family of 4 limited privacy and all in a shared space. There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and safe. Please note there isn’t a kettle, but the bar is open 24/7 for hot drinks. There is a coffee percolator. There are water jugs and glasses in your room and areas to fill these, but we just bought bottled water from the shop for $2.50. If you can get a pool view room as really handy in a morning to get to sun beds and access the bar. We came in May so sun beds were accessible throughout the day, although the pool gets busy at 2/3pm. We would put our towels out at about 7am, but mainly to get shaded sun beds for the children. The pool party on Saturday is great and the staff are very relaxed about drinks in the pool etc. The staff are helpful and accommodating, we brought tips but to be honest unless you have the black VIP band they don’t offer a waiter service so we didn’t overly use them. The food is delicious, and for an all the buffet style restaurant it doesn’t feel that way! From breakfast to tea the food is beautiful. Theres options for fresh cooked eggs, meats and other themes depending on which day it is. The snack bar also is lovely and the kids used it everyday. Cocktails are lovely and no watering down of alcohol VERY STRONG ??. The access to the beach is easy and straight from the pool, there is seaweed on the beach and in the water, which can be a bit off putting but there isn’t much they can do as it’s brought in by the boats. The hotel doesn’t advertise all their services, for example you can go on a Catamaran included in the price of your stay and also the boats. Theres also lots of entertainment at night. This starts about 09:30 and is in an upstairs terrace. You can venture out of the complex safely and if doing a tour or activity it is cheaper to go down the road the MK Tours. I’d recommend on downloading the Viva app (QR Code on reception) and booking into the restaurants and also keep an eye on activities through that. Please also take a pen for the airport as you have to fill in a customs form and it’s crazy in there with no pens. Also there are three taxes to pay , one normally included in your price of holiday, one of check out about £12 per person and one online a further £12 per person. I’d pay the online before you come, the TUI sent us the link. It is about 1/1.5 hr from the airport as a coach transfer, about 50 mins in a taxi. I would recommend this hotel for families, it is very family oriented. There are adult only hotels which I’d use if we came alone.
