Manuel and Julianne gave excellent service and the meals were extraordinary!! From the appetizers to dessert! Highly recommend

Just returned Nov 8th from Viva Azteca. From our arrival to our departure we were treated exceptionally well by all the staff at every encounter. They had lots of activities for all ages. We really enjoyed the aquafit classes with Cheryl from Canada! Lots of others did as well. The food at the buffet was wonderful, many, many choices. We ate at Xul-ha. Great atmosphere with impeccable staff and food! We also enjoyed access to the Viva Maya resort that's a short walk away. The area is gated so very, very safe for walking outside the resort.

I just returned from an amazing week at viva azteca. Shout out to the animation team for always keeping us active, especially Cheryl from Canada and her amazing aqua classes! Bar service at the pool was top notch and we loved all the theme nights at buffet. We especially loved the Xel Ha restaurant. We also went to the Maya and loved the Mexican restaurant. We loved being able to use both resorts. We have booked to return in April!

The experience in the Viva atzteca was a pleasure! Especially the Restaurant bamboo with Manuel as a Service employee! 10/10 would recommend!

It was a good vacation. The hotel is great with some flaws. First the bad things: - Internet is disconnecting often and in some spaces in my room I had no connection at all. - The car rental company inside the hotel is scamming people. We booked full insurance. Apparently it doesn't cover everything we found out after an incident (popped tire on the highway). We didn't receive an insurance policy after asking only a piece of paper made in word with some points. The hotel didn't do anything about this and the scamming car rental is still operating. It was a great bummer to our vacation. We rented a car inside the hotel because we trusted that we would be in good hands but we got scammed. The price for the car was also way too high. - The quality of the alcohol for non members of this hotel is not good at the pool. Also the food quality at the buffet isn't best. The good things: - The hotel has great shows every night. I really enjoyed them and they were a highlight on this trip. They provide great entertainment. - The animation team is great. It's fun games all day and very nice people. Especially Alejandro (who is very energetic), Ixel and Dayreth. The whole team is very nice. The pool party is very amusing. - The restaurants have good food quality and very good servers. Manuel from the Bamboo was especially nice. And you can visit the restaurants in the hotel Viva Maya also.
