The best vacation we've ever taken

The best vacation we've ever taken. Parents with two adult children, all-inclusive for 12 days. Omar and Daniel were the best butlers we could've asked for. They took care of everything immediately. Dinner reservations, pool chairs, room maintenance, shuttle service to the airport. They were on top of everything. The rooftop pool was also amazing. Cesar took care of us every day. Had our drinks ready less than five minutes after we arrived. The restaurants were all fantastic. Gourmet food, impeccable service, and delicious cocktails. Everything was phenomenal. Can't recommend enough.

The beds and pillows were dreamy! Heated toilet seats are over the top! Sofia took very good care of us. The restaurants are fabulous. The poolside service was top notch. We truly enjoyed the hydrotherapy and the massages at the spa. A great place to relax and get some sand in your shoes.
