Excellent, relaxing vacation.

Excellent location, right on the water for ocean view and pool view rooms seemed just as nice. Food, from the buffet style to the specialty restaurants (The Red Parrot being the best), was excellent. Special shout out to Nelson at the buffet who was on point and had our espressos and hot sauce waiting at "our" table every morning. All of the staff was excellent but Nelson set the bar. Take the sub tour while you are here.

I’m here right now for 7 more days with my family. Too bad for us.?? First of all, the staff SUCKS! They are not efficient or friendly for the most part, They are over worked and underpaid. I say that because if they got paid well, it would be a friendly environment. The building is in need of a facelift badly. Not very appealing over all. The main pool is very small and in the middle of the resort as the main attraction. There is very little to do of my interest. The entertainment is a joke. The FOOD is AWFUL!!!! For the price we paid, you would think it would be amazing. Flies were everywhere at the buffet. The QUALITY of the food is VERY POOR. We were told that we have to make a reservation every day to eat a the few restaurants there. Not sure what the food is like yet. I’m thinking probably sorry as well. I feel like we’re going to starve unless we go to get food off the resort, which unfair to us. We paid way too much to spend more money to eat. The Beach has huge rocks lined all the way down it. So we can’t enjoy lying on it or walking on it. We have to be driven to the neighboring resort to enjoy their beach. What kind of mess is that? OMG there was a bad septic odor lingering at the back of the building. The plants and shrubs need attention. There are No beautiful,, colorful flowers anywhere. Construction is going on for a new restaurant or something coming, which is inconvenient and unsightly. The room is ok but there is absolutely NO bottle water, drinks or snacks in the refrigerator. Matter of fact, there’s NO bottle water on the entire resort!!! I’m very disappointed in this place. We complained to management and they are doing nothing to appease us. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! It is “The Worse” all inclusive resort I have ever experienced. I’m not writing this out of spike. I feel cheated out of my hard earned money and I don’t want anyone else to feel this way. Please take heed of my words.
