Jhon was the first person to greet me upon my arrival to the resort and what an amazing way to start off my week here. He went above and beyond my expectations. He was so kind and helpful. Ensured everything was ok, offered me cold water after a long flight. As the days went on I was able to see Jhon’s interactions w the other guests and he really is engaging, professional, and kind. Puts a smile on everyone’s faces. I hope nothing but the best for him.
