Good Hotel if a bit dated

Lovely welcoming reception on arrival, room is large with excellent Aircon, bathroom needs a wee refurb , but great shower, fridge in room , plenty storage, iron & board, safe in room , coffee machine , kettle , tea etc .TV good choice of viewing but why no sound on BBC news channel. Food plentiful and enjoyable, really liked the table service nights. Housekeeping staff excellent , most of the restaurant staff on the ball especially Akeem , bar staff friendly , most nights entertainment was good. Points to be addressed, pool area needs a good clean, the tiled area doesn’t get enough attention, can be quite grubby. Enids restuarant food was good but lacks any atmosphere, overall it’s a good 3/4star all inclusive ,with good management Hi Caroline , and staff , we enjoyed it , the beach area great swimming
Celebrating at the Club Barbados

We came to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We had an ocean front suite and I can tell you I have fallen in love with sitting on our balcony watching the sunset and listening to the sound of the ocean. The room was lovely but a little tired around the edges. The manager, Caroline, is on hand to resolve any issues and is highly visible every day. The food is good and plentiful. The drinks package excellent. Sometimes restaurant table service is slow but you are on holiday and I always found the servers very pleasant and ready to help - particularly Talisha, Ladonna, Akeem and Samantha. I loved the accessibility of the island with reggae buses outside the hotel. I did my own island tour on the buses for 3.50 bajan every trip. There are a lot of repeaters and I can see why people come back. I will leave a little bit of my heart in Barbados.
