Excellent service by Jorge zanatta. We make sure we seated in his section all week. All staff from the front desk, to the help desk were very pleasant. Housekeeping was awesome as well. The beach was always clean as well as the pool area. The hotel is close to all amenities. Great stay!

We attended my brother’s wedding on 4/22/24. The wedding was a success thanks to the support of the family but I will NOT count on the wedding planner offered by the hotel. She was no help whatsoever! Luckily the bride’s family got to the hotel early and saved the happy event from becoming a disaster!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at this resort. We agreed to take a tour of the facility and were promised a complimentary breakfast along with a “gift” for taking the time to tour the hotel and listen to the sales pitch at the end. We agreed on a deposit which was paid in full in advance. Our breakfast, tour of the resort and the first sales representative were amazing. However, after we respectfully declined, due to financial limitations we were bombarded with several other sales associates, all of which were aggressive and belittling. After about an hour, we were guided to another area, where we were told to wait to receive the “gift”. We were told this was to be an authentic bottle of Mexican tequila, we were given a bottle of Jose Cuervo and a tour with undisclosed added fees. Upon receiving the gift we were told we could check out the property and were offered transportation back to our hotel. As soon as we got to the beach, security told us we were not allowed on the property. We tried to explain our situation and asked to speak to a manager or sales representative. They refused to help us in any way. Overall, we just felt lied to and made out to be trespassers. It’s a shame too, because it is a nice resort and we would’ve enjoyed spending more time there. Unfortunately we weren’t even given the option and were forced to leave.

Everything was great. The food was good for an all inclusive . We booked a scuba trip with Miguel Conrado that was our rep for Westjet Travel. He was super helpful and accurate, even regarding getting around Cancun. The scuba Company that he booked for us (Aquaworld) was awesome!

Food is great! The breakfast especially has a bunch of options and a juice bar! Vibe is immaculate and the resort itself is central to a lot of great restaurants and markets. The waiter Jorge Zanatta was exceptionally helpful and kind. The beach is also really great
