We had a great time at Wyndham Alltra! I went here with my boyfriend for his early birthday celebration from April 8-12 and it was his first time in Mexico and in an all-inclusive resort. We definitely partied hard the first few days. We were greeted by KIKO the Bell boy who was informative and kind. We had RUBI as our waitress the first night at Ventenas and she was so sweet and caring! Not to mention the buffet food was great there as well as Azul for buffet breakfast. Room service is great too and included! ENRIQUE always checked up on us whether we were in the lobby or the beach and was also great company when he had 2 minutes to spare and was also very informative. Our first dinner at Viaggio was great and our waiter, named GUALBERTO I believe, was ever so kind and a great host. ANIVETT was our housekeeper and she kept our things neat and tidy, and we did our best to not give her a hard time and cleaned things up ourselves. She even re-did our bed with petals again on the 3rd night! The beach was great, despite the seaweed, but it is approaching that time of year. White sand and blue waters, you really couldn’t go wrong. For massages and a facial, we had ANGEL for the facial and MARY for the swedish massage. Both were so kind, gave us towels to transfer us to the spa in the heavy rain and the service was also fantastic, as they were caring for us the whole time. I could also tell that MARY might have spent more time trying to massage out my tight muscles on my right side as I work in dentistry but never told her haha. Special thank you to the man who runs the Cravings shop, I believe his name is HIPPOLITO, but I could be wrong. I just know he’s the only man who works there. He was such a sweet and patient man, working at a quiet end of the resort where mostly kids and teens came to have some frozen yogurt, ice cream, donuts and more! We went in to satisfy our frozen yogurt cravings and grab some Bubulubu chocolate bars before heading out hehe. Another special thank you to my boyfriend’s favourite bartender JOSE at the Agave Poolside Bar! He already knew his favourite order (Las Adelitas) and knew to make it when he asked por uno más! I hope this review really praises the people I’ve mentioned as they deserve it! In fact all of the staff were all so kind, but the ones mentioned were the ones we remembered and we had more connection to. I’m so glad we had a great time especially for my boyfriend’s first time in Mexico. We might look into an adults only resort next time but I highly recommend this resort for families!

I highly recommend the couples massage treatment! We had Monserratt & Martha as our massage therapists this afternoon; they were extremely professional. I requested the hardest pressure possible and received exactly what I asked for. My husband and I have a monthly appointment with a massage therapist in California. I can honestly say that our treatment today was every bit as great as our treatment back home in California!

Amazing guy-his name Nestor!!!! He was very friendly and smart. Thank you for everything to us. Actually I don’t know about cocktails but he teach us a lot about how many different types. I really recommend the VIP club at 6 floors with Nestor!

Been visiting this same hotel for the past 15 yrs (Gran Caribe, Panama Jack and Wyndham Alltra). Saw Victor (@ beach bar) this week and it was great to still see his smiling face after so many years! He's wonderful! Food is always good. Hit or miss on a few things but over all, pleasant. ALL the staff at Wyndham go above and beyond....cant say that enough! Martin Landero was our waiter for breakfast every morning and he was perfect! Very attentive and kept the mimosas flowing. Drinks are on point. For those complainers that say drinks are weak...just ask for more alcohol and they will be more than happy to accommodate you. Tip the staff....they do a great job with housekeeping, room service, bartending, cooking, serving, entertainment and so on. Just got home yesterday and already miss it! See you again real soon! Azul was always delicious and great service. Thank you Capital Jonathan Avlies, Hostess Pilar Flores, but most of all our server Marienne !! She was the best of every restaurant we visited during our stay. That says a lot because we visited for 5 days and tried everything.
