Great value!!

Great value! This property exceeded my expectations! The beach is breathtaking and zero seaweed. We had a beach front room with private cabana.. Stellar service and the food was great. Only thing that was mediocre were the drinks, not very strong and the liquor mixes were weird colors looked really artificial, but the private bar on the 6 floor had great cocktails.. the black wrist band is the way too go, I will definitely be back

The stay was excellent! Our family of 5 had 2 rooms. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun. Perfect location and easy to get onto the bus to get any wear around the city. Variety of food options!

Fantastic hotel ,food was great and service was amazing.Martin and Miguel from Azul restaurant,Great people great service.I will be back.Hotel is very clean and organized Perry.The coffe bar was amazing.The people were so nice so nice.I love Mexico.

The hotel was beautiful. The beach and pool were very refreshing. The staff are very courteous and friendly. Our waiter Miguel is very friendly and courteous, greeted us every time we saw him in the dining area. I would come back here on my next trip to Cancun

Daughter received food poisioning

This was a nice hotel for the value but I will not stay again due to my child receiving food poisoning from the seafood. She ordered ceviche & Lobster soup from the Mexican food restaurant and was up all night to the early morning throwing up. I thought she was going to need to go to the hospital. I alerted the staff upon checking out and it was not addressed. He didn't even ask what restaurant we ate in. It took a while, but he did bring me a bag for her to use in the shuttle as she could barely stand. I won't be back. Also, there were a lot ot pigeons around the pool and common areas.
