We had a family trip to Cancun. The Wyndham resort is beautiful, family friendly and the staff at the resort are professional and welcoming. The food is delicious and the restaurants accommodate guests with all their dietary requirements. We used visit Ventanas restaurant on a daily basis and the hostess (Ruby E) was very nice and helpful, she took care of us and helped with my baby’s dietary needs. We will definitely recommend Wyndham resort.

5 star service I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel

We recently stayed at Wyndham Alltra Cancun for our wedding, and although the hotel may show signs of being a bit dated—like the ballroom carpet and some guest rooms—the staff truly makes up for it. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made it easy to overlook the minor imperfections. A special mention goes to our wedding coordinator, Sabina Reyes, who exceeded our expectations. She was professional, kind, and had impeccable communication skills. Sabina was very informative, helping us make the best decisions based on her expert experience. Her passion for her job shines through in everything she does, and she made sure our wedding was exactly how we envisioned it—perfect in every way. Additionally, we had a wonderful photoshoot organized by Abraham Montoya in the photography department. Abraham and his teammate were exceptional, making my parents, husband, and me feel comfortable throughout the session. The fun we had was reflected in every shot, and we ended up purchasing all 300 photos because they were so beautiful. After the wedding festivities, we enjoyed a relaxing couples massage by Lourdes “Lu Lu” and Louis, who gave us an amazing massage experience—a perfect way to wrap up our stay. In the end, it’s the staff that truly elevates Wyndham Alltra Cancun, making the entire experience well worth it. We can’t recommend them enough!

Great hotel ! Really appreciated the customer service and spa. Our favorite waiter was Faustino at Azul. He provided great service and thoughtful! He brought us a special desert on our last day here. Faustino best waiter on the whole trip for us!

Fantastic annual friend vacation! I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Wyndham Alltra Cancun. We booked through Delta Vacations and were treated like royalty. The best part of this resort is the staff. The service was amazing from the restaurants to the bars everyone caters to your every need. The activities throughout the day appeal to all ages and interests. There is something for everyone at this resort. The rooms are very comfortable and clean! The beach is beautiful and renting a cabana was one of the many highlights from the trip. I highly recommend this resort for your next visit to Cancun!
