EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE

I came to Mexico for the first time with two friends to celebrate my 24th birthday… Expectations were exceeded and that is an understatement! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking and the endless amenities on site are so convenient! We only left one day for an excursion, but felt so safe the entire time. The staff though is another level of hospitality! We met Gadiel at the Front Desk who checked us in and out of our stay. He recommended an upgrade to a beach view and although we were hesitant at first, it was absolutely worth it. He provided us so much thorough information about the hotel that helped us SO much! We met Raul at the hotel and he noticed us on our excursion as well! He gave us background of his family and welcomed us to his family’s store on Isla Mujeres! It was awesome to hear about everything. Our butler Josue was amazing explaining the features of our room, provided us fast service, and left us some goodies for my birthday I wasn’t expecting! The POP activities at the pools and around the resort were so much fun! Marisol, Antonio, Miguel, and Guillermo were the nicest people and made sure everyone was included. Anthony at La Adelita, Edwin at Isla Blanca, Angel at the swim-up pool bar, and Juan at El Dorado gave us the best service, recommendations for food, and made sure we were taken care of. As a hotel employee myself in the US, it makes me so happy that hospitality is still alive and well. I can not wait to come back to this spectacular hotel and to see the staff again! Thank you so much for EVERYTHING.

Great service at Chang Thai especially Ricardo and Christy. Felt looked After from the moment we stepped in till the time desert was served. Will definitely recommend all friends and relatives back here again
