Overall a wonderful experience. The staff and hospitality was very very impressive. We will definitely be going back for another trip. The people who work there are so nice and accommodating. The overall atmosphere is fantastic and well worth the trip.

Thank you Christian for an amazing dining experience, so amazing to be served by a member of staff with so much experience, passion and a desire to serve. Food was amazing was a delight and cooked to.the highest standards which surpassed our expectations. Thank you guys.

Great attention, everyone was so kindhearted and caring. I want to thank the lifeguard Roberto for helping my twisted ankle feel better, he was so nice and friendly. My overall experience was great, I wish I could've stayed longer. Everyone should definitely stay at this hotel.

Overall everything is good. Two complains are the food, you would have to make reservations for every restaurant that you go to for dinner and you can only go to one per night. Those restaurants do close on certain days and even the buffet which is very inconvenient. Second, the public restrooms are very dirty, they don’t have staff cleaning it all the time which is very disappointing.

Starting with the 1st day. After 11 hours of flight, arrived at the hotel, and asked at what time the buffet was opening for dinner as we were hungry. A member of staff confirmed that will be opened at 6:30. When we went for dinner, it was closed, and had to make a reservation to a restaurant. The buffet was not open everyday (no one told us at the check in) Cleaning. The room looks nice, but with the cleaning needs improvements. Our room was not cleaned properly, the pillows were smelling realy bad, that’s why we asked the linen to be changed more often(left the card on the bed, and it was ignored) after a small complaint my room was cleaned better, BUT a bit too good, as someone from the staff stole my diamond earrings (the cost is arround 6000£) from a little pocket of the inside of my bag. The bag was in the wardrobe. And together with arround 200£. With the earrings I had a small necklece, but I found it in place. My personal things from the wardrobe were touched(staff is not allowed to do that). The management started their process of investigation, but they were very slow, by the time they started to check, employeds who entered in my room, already went home(probably with my earrings). All the time when I was asking the management or someone from the staff, at what stage they are, they were very rude saying to wait 72 hours and blaming us that we did not keep the earrings in the safe. I asked them to call the police but they said is not their responsability to do that. I called the police then, and will continue the investigation with them (not much help from them at the moment anyway) After my belongings were stolen, I could not feel safe anymore. Very poor sexurity. Even a member of staff said that things like this happen here. At the check-out the guest service manager reassured that in the room entered only 4 staff members, and saw on the video recordings that no one took my earrings(how they could see that? There is not cctv in the room). Who took them if no one entered in our room, only the staff. After the incident, the next day we were comming back to the room and the door of my room was not closed properly by the cleaner. Their explanation was that the cleaner wanted to come back to bring some towels. But we stayed there for half an hour, and no one came back. Never had such an horible holiday in my life, and I traveled a lot.
