Beach was great and main pool was nice but felt like bath water. Not sure what could've been done to prevent that since it was over 90 degrees each day. There were a lot of mosquitos but that could have been due to the Hurricane the week before. Nice resort for families but for couples, I'd stay on the TRS side for the adults only. Property is HUGE, lots of walking but they do have carts to pick you up. Drinks and food could've been better, almost everything was bland. The best part of the stay was Diana at the guest services desk, Gore with the Groups dept (MICE) and Yesenia at the Splash Pool Bar! They were amazing and had the best customer service! I would stay here again but only for 3-4 days instead of 8.

We had a great family vacation at this hotel. I have nothing to say except that the second floor smells too humid. We had to change rooms because of that. great restaurant. lack of activity at the pool and should have more recent music. Should have more bottled water in the rooms. otherwise for the rest I have nothing to say everything was great. clean room and great service.

What an amazing resort with an attentive staff. The Chang Thai restaurant has a waiter named Cristian who is wonderful. He’s kind, professional and just a beautiful person. We appreciate his hospitality. We will return to this resort in the future.

Stayed for a week as a family with two kids in the Family Selection. Pro's: A beautiful property; spacious rooms, good amenities. Mostly good food, especially for an all inclusive. Italian restaurant and Japanese restaurant were particular favorites. Buffet had a lot of options and was not crowded most of the time (a la carte restaurants definitely require reservations. The grill station at the main pool is a hidden gem for lunch. Cons: Service was spotty. I have observed this at other all inclusives, but I was hoping that the caliber of this one could be higher. The staff are really nice people, but they are absolutely unable to assist when something goes off script. There are frequent "right away" statements, which are not followed by any actions. The examples of this are numerous. The butlers in FS session appear to be helpful but miss the mark a lot. They would say they made a dinner reservation for us, but then there would be no reservation. They would say they are coming to our room "right away" to unlock it, only to say 20 minutes later that another guest needed them and that we should go to the front desk to get a key. Food service at the FS pool was spotty - it took an hour to get our order and items were missing. The service at restaurants was mostly, good but not at the Japanese restaurant. I asked someone to take away dirty plates, and his response was literally that he works in another section. Room service took forever. Items like extra blankets took forever with multiple requests to three different people. The point is that if you need something, make sure to anticipate your needs and ask far in advance. Golf carts and boats are very spotty at night, often with a long wait. We were there during Hurricane Beryl and while I understand the city went on lockdown, the communication at the resort was entirely lacking. There was no damage to the property and no rain or wind in the morning. Yet there was no communication until at least noon about what would reopen or what guest should do for food. I would probably come back again, but would manage my expectations. Frankly, I don't know if it gets better at an all inclusive - maybe this is just what it is.

Beautiful beach location. Very loud at night past midnight which is difficult when travelling with children. Staff appear very aloof in general. Property is beautiful. Only friendly staff were concierge and waiter and waitresses.
