After researching and reading many reviews on several resorts, I chose this resort. From the moment we stepped out of our airport shuttle we were amazed. Every one of the staff we ran into were so friendly and helpful. The food was great and there were plenty of choices at anytime. We splurged on a 2 level jacuzzi suite and it was amazing. Clean and well kept. The room was made up daily and items were restocked as needed. We had nothing to complain about. Can't wait to go back again next time.

Bhogali restaurant is really good - the chef Basant was very good! He took the time to come and speak to the customers and the food was really good, very tasty! The staff are all friendly and attentive as well.

TRS CORAL is an awesome hotel. The beach and pool are lush. The rooms are very modern and comfortable. There are lots of great places to eat and drink. Special shout out to the excellent service at Chang Thai . Robert is a the best waiter ever. We visiting 14 Sept.

The Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa is a must-have place to stay. From the front desk to the restaurants, everyone was very pleasant and gracious. This resort is very clean, and the beach is amazing. I cannot say one bad comment about the is resort. We are coming back and bringing our entire family. Thank GP for making our stay so memorable, we are very thankful, and we will see you soon!!

Staff was respectful and attentive. Rodrigo and Frolyan made the evening much more enjoyable. Both gentlemen made sure we had everything we needed and more. Drinks. Food. And vibes were all top tier
