One isolated incident.

Overall, great place for family. Clean rooms. Somewhat spacious. Staff overall friendly. I had one incident at the open buffet for lunch. I got soft food to go. The automatic door closed hitting me in the chest on the side of the head. I tried to speak to the employee, which she did not care instead she left. I have to go back and talk to one of the wonderful employees by name Irving. He’s a wonderful person. Very accommodating very pleasant. He called Manager and talk to me. I have not heard back. I mainly wanted the door to be fixed, so it doesn’t hurt other guests or staff specially kids.

Great 5 night stay. Perfect property for enjoying the ocean beauty and the warm hospitality! Nice pools, plenty of activity for the family! Beautiful views, comfortable/spacious rooms and good food! Those who stood out were Saul and Andres who took great care of us everyday! Our maid was also top notch! Great stay, I would recommend I would also note that to get to the beach, there are many steps involved. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
