Resort was amazing. The staff was so attentive to us. Definitely worth the preferred club upgrade. Can’t wait to return.

Great location , great beach . This is a nice place to go as a couple , with friends or even honeymoon or weddings. Loved our stay second time .

My husband and I spent a lovely week at this resort. We stayed at the club level. Concierges at the club side could be a bit hit and miss. For example they really did not seem to know the correct time for us to try to book Ayara or KiKiChe. First we were told 10 then 10:30 and then oops sorry , it’s too late, it’s full. Also, they did not seem too bothered about trying to help. I felt I was inconveniencing them. Perhaps you need to look at improving the system. Housekeeping was also a bit hit and miss. We had to ask several times for our room to be cleaned before midday. Each time we were told they would make a note and the next day we had to ask again. It became a little frustrating. Our pool concierges at the club level were super helpful . A couple of the names I remember are Albin and Marta( maybe Mathilde) and the taller gentleman was lovely ( again ,sorry that i can’t remember his name). Food was good. Our favourite for dinner was KiKiChe. We also ate there for breakfast most mornings. We ate at Oceana most days for lunch and what was great was that you would have the same staff for lunch as you’d had for breakfast. All the staff were wonderful from the ladies who checked us in ( sorry that I cannot remember their names). Some that I remember well were Luis, Zoraida, Martin and Alejandro. A couple of restaurant managers that we came across were quite charming, friendly and incredibly helpful. SUper Mario, the manager at Portofino and KiKiChe seemed to be everywhere working super hard. PAblo, the manager at Ayara could not have been more helpful and friendly even under times of stress. On our last evening there seemed to be an abundance of senior management around and Pablo showed such grace under pressure. Another standout was Martin who looked after us and our two New Mexican friends one evening at Oceana. He kept the champagne flowing and made some great recommendations for dinner and desserts. Truthfully, most of the servers in the restaurants were terrific. One bad experience at Seaside for lunch when we had waited so long for our order to be taken we eventually got up and left. The beach was absolutely stunning and you could walk for miles. Very little sargassum compared to south of Cancun.

Excellent food, live music at all occasion (even breakfast). Rooms and the site in general is very well maintain and very clean
