We had a wonderful time at Secrets Playa Mujeres for our honeymoon. We booked a swim out room and loved having our own private swimming area. The customer service was above and beyond, I always felt they tried to honor any request we made. The resort is beautiful and well kept, and I highly recommend booking the Bali Bed rental over looking the beach. The spa is wonderful, I got 2 massages during my time here and loved every minute. If you are a spa goer, take advantage of the packages they offer as they are well worth the money in my opinion. The shuttle to the golf course was prompt and easy to take. Every employee we came across was friendly and helpful and really made the experience more fun. It was my husband's first all-inclusive experience and it completely sold him. I would be very happy to return.

Our 4th visit to SPM and first after the renovation. All was typical Secrets; great staff, clean resort and good food. New Preferred lounge is great, including Felipe the bartender. Ki Ki Che restaurant is certainly an interesting experience. Disappointed that Hyatt got rid of the incense and paper/pen. Was also asked what type of liquor I wanted in our room, but never arrived. Dulce the hostess seemed to be everywhere and Roosevelt in the Preferred lounge was a big help, as was Karla.

This place was gorgeous, clean, and just so relaxing. The rooms were updated and the ac actually worked. The beach was beautiful and I could see Isla Mujeres in the distance.
