The resort is lovely, the staff are kind and work hard . No problem getting chairs at the pools. The food is pretty good. We are currently staying here and gave them a low rating because of our experiences at the Preferred Club. What was promised was not delivered. The first two days the pool was not open, the restaurant at the club may or may not be open, when we asked staff they had conflicting answers. The periodicals were not available the first few days. The app doesn’t work and the staff say they can’t make a reservation at the restaurant or at the hibachi, every thing must go through the app. The time of when we could make a reservation was noon, 1:00 or 1:30, depending on what staff we asked. Every time we tried, nothing was available. Trying to resolve these issues has been challenging without any resolution. We really hope this resort works out the kinks, but as of today we would not recommend the preferred club. The only added value are the staff at the club, they are great. However The preferred club was not worth the extra money. We were at Secrets in the preferred club in Cabo in November, it was a great experience We were expecting this to be comparable.

The resort was not not complete and all the amenities and restaurants spa preferred club were not 100% ready and available everyday. There was no organization to what would be open. What would not be open, it was nearly impossible to make a reservation through the app or through the concierge. You basically had it go down to the restaurant and make an on-site location which is the total opposite of a luxurious resort.

We are very appreciative for the service that Maru in the preferred club gave us. She was very attentive, nice, helpful, and quick on her feet. They just opened the club a few days prior so everyone was still working out the kinks but she did it with a smile. We will be back soon!

One of the best holidays I have ever had. My mum and I stayed here for two weeks for my 40th birthday celebration. We were treated like Queens. Every single staff member was respectful, attentive, curious and kind. The food was to an exceptional standard. The cleanliness of the hotel was to an extremely high standard. The little touches such as turning your bed down at night and leaving a chocolate for us. I cannot fault this hotel and will return there one day ??

Beautiful place to try. Lots of games during the day. Fish at oceana will be something I’ll miss!! The beach was always clean and staff kept in touch with our wants and needs. Thank you to Elizabeth with her water board workout! Was definitely challenging and worth doing again.
