Amazing service, very attentive and continuously maintaining the hotel clean. Jafet was one of our servers in our week long stay and he was wonderful, he really made sure we could enjoy our meal by being so attentive and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The buffet at Melia Cozumel was great! If you want bacon, it’s not out, but they have it if u ask at the grill. Our best waiter in the morning was Jorge Rivas. He is so accommodating and friendly. Always with a smile. He will get your every need. In the afternoon get Jose, he is also the the best. Very attentive and happy to serve. At the front desk Ligia will go out of her way to assist with any problems or complaints. When we first come we were a little unhappy but Ligia made everything perfect. If you aren’t happy here for any reason, just talk to someone here they fix it!!! This place is smaller than most but intimate. The beach is just steps to reach and sooooo beautiful. It was easy to get around and in September was so not crowded. Stay in the big tower with 12 floors. The view is amazing. The kids pool is open 24/7, WHAT?? the adult swim up bar closes at 6:00 and the pool at 8:00. just did not make sense to us that the kitty pool would be open but not the adult pool. It wasn’t so important to us, so that’s why I gave it five stars. Great overall smaller resort with the best turquoise beach ever.
