This is the worst vacation experience I have ever had in my life. The food areas are unsanitary, everything at the property was broken and rundown. The walkway to the beach was closed the cabanas at the pool were crumbling, none of the lights worked in our room, and yet the management harassed my minor children and family about a cracked door that they claimed could not have been overlooked by their inspection maids who missed all thr other broken and non functional items in our rooms. We were accused of being liars, harassed and ultimately held hostage over payment for an exterior door that had a hairline crack in it. The management of this place is terrible, and dishonest and abusive. I would never go near this establishment. The Westin and everywhere else provides better value and lots a better vacation experience, unless you want the prisoner of war vibe.

Great food. Lots to do, great beach, lots of chairs , great room. Loved it. See the manager Abigale for anything you need, she will help you. Well manicured resort, many bars. The nightly entertainment was good and easy place to navigate. not overly busy

The rooms are great, the service as well, Zulmy in reception was really nice. The vegetation and mexican ambient in the hotel is lovely. I would only have more seafood options at lunch and dinner, not too American options. At the end you are in a mexican beach!

I would come back for sure, good food, great facility. Checking in for our party of 8 could have been better. Knowing the levels of service clearly in advance, checking in shouldn't take that long. The staff are amazing. DO NOT LOSE YOUR WRISTBAND, COST ME $58 AND NO LENIENCY.

This property was exactly what was needed on the coast and on the smaller of all inclusive types. Many guests were scuba'ing or snorkeling or swimming. I was an active group and property. Just what was needed. Some things were dated but it was just fine.
