This is by far my favorite resort. The grounds are gorgeous! But the staff are what really makes it special to me. It was my birthday during this trip and they made it super fun! I always stay in the Royal level and it is not that much more money. The rooms are excellent!

Overall, we enjoyed out stay. The only issue we had was having to call the front desk to have our hot water turned on before showering.

Spent the week diving and exploring. Experienced very good service and the property is beautiful and well maintained. We booked a Concierge level room which was modern and clean and very comfortable. Good A/C, plenty of hot water and a fridge stocked with extra bottled water - it was very hot and steamy outside. The food was fine, though there was confusion about the “special restaurants” being open and who could dine where. They are making improvements to the property as it appears the storm damaged the sea side. One side of the patio by the pool is damaged and roped off and the beach in the photo is no longer there - not a big deal for us as we spent most of our time on the dive boat or in town. Very easy and safe to get into town or to the ferry for the mainland. Dove with the attached dive shop - don’t miss the wreck dive on C-53! It’s a beautiful place with its own boat dock for a short ride to the reefs and other underwater sites. The boats have some miles on them but the crews are fantastic and take good care of your gear. It’s a smaller, more quiet property and didn’t seem to be very full - more our speed. As long as you don’t mind lying poolside instead of on a beach, seriously consider it.

Perfect Honeymoon! The scenery, the food, the staff, the rooms, it was literally all perfect! We had an amazing time!

Overall a great experience. Contrary to other reviews, the room was excellent both in temperature and in amenities. The beach is outstanding and the grounds impeccable. The food was surprisingly good (except for desserts which we find are never that good at all-inclusive).
