Luscious Tropical Away From The Chaos
point9killawatt on May 15, 2026
A really nice resort away from the crowds. A large spread out property that delivers on expectations. Be prepared to walk a bit to get to the beach, and main activity pool. Everyone did an amazing job of taking care of guests. They really made you feel welcome. Just offer a simple "Buenos Dias" to anyone and receive an amazing smile in return. We stayed in building 17 at the Royal Level (although I'm not sure what that really means), where the walls are quite thin, and lots of noise coming through the ratan adjoining doors. The beds were comfortable and not worn out. The AC worked great. The bartenders were amazing. They kept people happy, and concocted special, non-traditional (not just virgin versions) drinks for us non-alcoholics. The buffets had a good variety and quality of food. The pools were kept as clean as possible, since the trees added an organic vibe to the adult pool. We booked through PADI as an all-inclusive stay and dive package. The dive shop PRODIVE was convenient to have right on the property. I'm sure other reviews go into more depth, but we have no reason not to stay again in the future.
Paradise in Cozumel

This was the most beautiful place. We have spent time in Cozumel in the past. The facility is beautiful. The staff is very friendly. The pools are very nice. Food is fabulous. I would highly recommend this to anybody that wants to take a vacation to relax.
Small resort, big on character

5 stars for meeting all my expectations. Stunning property. Excellent maintence. Spacious rooms. Beach over looks the ocean. Food delicious, but repetitious. Not a lot of dessert. Would book again in a heartbeat

Was a very enjoyable stay..staff gave excellent service. Only negative response was that the food was repetitive after a couple of days. Would recommend this resort.
Beautiful Grounds and Great Sunsets
Marissa K (Ottawa, Canada) on May 11, 2026
The property is beautiful and the grounds are well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, although we were surprised there was no terrace or balcony. The buildings are about a five-minute walk from the beach, so there was no view. We were on the second floor, which was fine for us, but could be a challenge for those with limited mobility as there is no elevator. We had some good meals at the Mexican and Mediterranean restaurants. All of the staff members we encountered were warm and welcoming. Special shoutouts to Itzel, Karla, Anna, Eduardo, Juan, and Evelyn. Avoid the people in the lobby in the tan shirts. They'll try to sell you timeshares and they are extremely persistent. I'm generally not a huge fan of all-inclusives due to the noise and crowds, but there were pockets of quiet and the day beds at the adult pool are super comfy (although you have to get up at sunrise to reserve one). Same with beach chairs. It's like the hunger games. People dumped our stuff in the sand and stole our beach chairs one morning, but the staff were super helpful and brought us a couple small plastic chairs. Snorkeling was decent right off the beach and if you organize an excursion, the boat will pick you up right from the pier. Overall, if all-inclusive is your vibe, you'll enjoy this resort.
