The Occidental is a resort with beautiful grounds. They are constantly working all over to keep up the beautiful scenery. The Royal level is worth it for the concierge service and the private restaurant. The staff is pretty amazing! So friendly. So helpful.

This is by far my favorite resort. The grounds are gorgeous! But the staff are what really makes it special to me. It was my birthday during this trip and they made it super fun! I always stay in the Royal level and it is not that much more money. The rooms are excellent!
