Excellent proximity to theme parks and Downtown Disney. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Be aware that they hold $250 from a debit or credit card which I was not told until check out. I was told they just needed a card on file not that money was to be taken out. I only wish they had more basic options for food. I have a picky eater and it was hard to find things for him to eat at the hotel itself. Water is in lobby only during day hours. It’s taken away in the evening and then water is $3.50/bottle from the vending machine. Beautiful hotel just wish they had more options for hydration and nutrition.
Disney falls short

We've been to WDW many times and as a DVC member, I have high expectations for Disney in general so this hotel really disappointed. We stayed at the studio in the new villas, and while it was beautiful for being new, that's about all it was. The room is cluttered with stuff - chairs with no real purpose, a pushed out mirror, a large ottoman, leading to zero place to put your luggage or walk around. So we had to reorganize before settling in. The hot water in the bathroom was basically non-existent as was the water pressure. Twice we came back from the parks (around 2pm) and the room was not serviced. Since we leave the room around 6:30am each day, I'd say it's kind of expected most people come back midday. The people that work in the coffee house work at a snails pace and how this place is only open for a handful of hours is beyond me. I guess you're really paying for the location and the Disney atmosphere.
