All round top notch service

robclarke1988 (London, United Kingdom) on May 25, 2022

Absolutely 5 star service from start to finish. Both Rav on the front desk and Chase on the bar went over and above to make our stay the highlight of our time in Canada. We are at Orso and within the lounge area and both were great. The setting is just stunning and so well maintained, it even gave me the motivation to go for a run to explore more. We loved our time at JPL and will most certainly back when we are next in Canada (hopefully very soon!)

Definitely not what we paid for!

MaryE995 (Pasadena, California) on May 23, 2022

Except for the incredible view, this hotel was disappointing. First and foremost, our room (the 200# rooms) faced a major construction site lest than 10 feet away that gave us no where to sit outside, was noisy and dusty. Hard to understand why they are even placing guests there as there were clearly unused rooms in other areas of the property. After complaining we got a small remittance of $10% but that made the bill still $400/night for not a nice room. Rooms are run down. No manager sought us out to apologize, etc. Not nice, Fairmont Hotels!
