Reviews
Possibly overrated by its location

The hotel is in a great location and the chalets are nice. However I think the shuttle service into / from town could be much more frequent and run for longer hours. Wifi in room was poor, and while the bathroom was recently updated the layout is poor. We arrived late and to find a table in the restaurants for dinner was challenging.
Sort of shockingly low quality and poor value

The staff was very nice but a 750/night hotel without a/c is a joke. After complaining was placed another room with a portable a/c. Unfortunately the vent was not connected so the hot air blew right into room and when I came back after dinner the room was about 95 degrees. The ceiling was stained with who knows what. Reminded me of a horror movie motel room. Fake luxury. Waste of money.
