UPDATE: after emailing every manager in the hotel for 4 days, I reached out directly to Wyndham who forwarded my complaint and 2 days later the GM Hector reaches out and basically says we are working on WiFi we will credit you $22.50. Never addressed any of the cleanliness or customer service issues which are clearly noted in everyone else’s reviews as well. Disgusting hotel! Dirty, bugs, no wifi, forced valet parking, fees we did not approve. The place is so antiquated and old it’s ridiculous. My bad for not reading reviews before spending $400 a night to what is worse than staying in a 1-star hotel. There were bugs crawling on couch, a creepy looking vent covered in dirt in the shower. Wi-fi did not work, no one answered at front desk. Loving and restaurant were closed at 7pm with no where to walk for food. The fridge in room leaked everywhere, the room looked like it had not been cleaned in years. Shower was dirty with hair in it and tub surface peeling off. Have tried to get a manager and no response from front desk while there, no response to voice mails, no response to emails.

Sorry, forgot to mention before: the hotel provided an excellent "help" service: my carry on had a problem, Mr Prapan and Mr Nalas solved it in no time! Highly recimmendable hotel, in many ways. Nice vibe because of the staff. Very nice neighbourhood: good Thai massages for reasonable prices. Nice restaurants.

Melodie and Gary were extremely helpful and insightful as we were setting up our team trip for the weekend to the Ramada Resort. The players and coaches had a great time in a great location right on the beach ! The rooms and pool were clean and the resort is near great food options.

Amazing experience. The room was beautiful and the staff was great especially Whitney, Beatrice and Susanna.loved the pool and the beach access, super convenient! I would definitely recommend staying here its a great getaway for you and the family.
