We wanted a room on Jonathan Creek. Ramada had good looking clean appearance. Pulled in and the check in clerk realized I was somewhat skeptical and offered to view the room before even registering. Wish knew his name but a very find gentleman and was impressed. Room was very clean, suited us very well. Had a balcony on the Creek Side. Price was very reasonable. There were a few motorcycle couples we ended up talking with some and enjoyed meeting them. Down to earth! Back to the room it was clean, very well suited. Only issue we found was the sliding door on the balcony did not roll very well. But opening that door, listening to the running water and even seeing a young boy with a reel saying he was about 11 or so and a younger sister who was his cheering team. Such a great picture, the children and the running water. They have a small gym and a breakfast which we skipped both as we were in MAGGIE VALLEY and very near a long-time favorite restaurant, "Joey's". Glad to see Joey's with new ownership we understand and as good as ever. Very pleased with the Ramada and have no issue recommending them. Clean, good parking lot, stream, reasonable price. Employee we met was very good.

Always enjoy staying here! The property is always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Melanie at the front desk is always so nice and welcoming, and Whitney, the front desk manager, is great as well. We always have a good experience when we come.

My friend and I booked this hotel to attend a conference. Customer service is slow and without acknowledgement. We were sent to a room that was upside down, unclean, and even a chicken bone inside the sink and marijuana smell all over the floor. We finally made it to a clean room and you can hear noises all night long. To top it off, when we locked up our vehicle the next day, things we had left in the car were stolen (pink Michael Kors purse and a box filled with body and face creams). There was no breaking in the car since the valet person was the only one with the key. That was the most upsetting part since you want to trust them. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

This place does not look like the pictures online. This hotel stinks and is dirty looking. The rooms look like a motel 6. Unfriendly people as soon as we arrived.

Thinking about going here? Don’t Every floor from top to bottom stunk of weed and cigarettes.I felt my lungs dying and I wasn’t even the one who was smoking all of it-good luck to the ones who were. Mould filled lampshades, walls, ceilings and windows think you couldn’t see any, yeah you probably couldn’t because they were painted over. Not fixed, just hidden from the human eye. It was a constant construction site you could’ve told me I was at work building a hotel and I would have believed you. Apart from the fact that I would never help create a monstrosity of this hotel. Overall, never come here.I won’t be returning any time soon.The only reason I’ve given it a 2 not 1 is because some how I’ve managed to come out from this place with no diseases (yet).
