It is out dated and the fact that you have to pay for a lawn chair and umbrella to stay by the beach is insane. This hotel as soon as you arrive is freezing cold A/C too strong .

The hotel is beautiful, accommodations are great, pool and beach area are lovely. Staff super nice. A big shout out to one great women her thoughtfulness and kindness matches no other her name is Ms Whitney Stamper front office manager. She goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I was there for an convention and paid to park my scooter and was charged $10 which was not a problem. Bur when I came out my scooter had been moved and I inquired about it. I was given attitude, told that they were doing me a favor and that I should accept that. Just because you are doing anything out of kindness and especially since that so called kindness came with a fee doesn't mean you should be rude or negligent in the way you do it! Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated because my vehicle wasn't some high end mode of travel. Very,very disappointed!!!!!

The hotel is in need of a complete renovation, it is extremely old. There is a sofa in the lobby no less with 2 huge tears and cotton is just coming out. Carpets and sofas in rooms are stained. Now the good is it is clean. The air conditioner and the water pressure in the room was prefect as well as the view from our room. The food at the pool bar was just ok. The location is directly on the beach but no walkability. Would I stay here again; no.

A couple of minor hiccups (multiple booki ngs, extended stay on both ends) but the manager, John Q made everything perfect, he took care of every detail and kept us informed even when we misplaced our phone charger. I highly recommend this place.
