We stayed at this hotel in July and were very disappointed with our experience. We stayed in room 911, an oceanfront unit, but had serious issues with the guests in the adjacent room (910), who smoked cigarettes and marijuana multiple times daily despite the hotel’s non-smoking policy. Despite repeatedly complaining to the front desk, security, and even the manager, Whitney Stamper, no effective action was taken. The hotel allowed the smoking to continue after the guests showed a medical card, but this is irrelevant for cigarettes in a non-smoking establishment. The hotel claimed they called the cops, but we received no proof and no follow-up throughout our stay. We had to keep going to the front desk to express our discomfort, which forced us to keep our child indoors and the balcony door closed, severely impacting our vacation. My husband tried addressing the issue directly with the guests, but they were rude and continued smoking. We were only offered a room change a day before checkout, which was too late. The $213 compensation from our nearly $2,000 stay felt inadequate. The hotel’s enforcement of its non-smoking policy is ineffective, and families should be aware that such issues will not be properly addressed.

Melody and Gary the best!! Always helping with groups. The conference rooms are big and confortable. We've been there 2 weeks in a row with 2 different groups. They solve everything that we asked for. The rooms can improve. The sales department is very good.

Whitney & Beatriz provided the best customer service and gave us the best advise on restaurant in town. They were super amazing on taking care of us and helping us out with the room service and all. These ladies were amazing. I wanted to ask them how they were so knowledgeable but by then I was hungry and they subjected some food places in the mall. These women are amazing and I want to come here again when I can

The food is delicious as well as the drinks. The customer service is amazing and everybody is really welcoming. The beds are nicely made and the views are amazing. The soaps in the bathroom are very good quality and everything is clean. I would recommend this hotel to anybody coming to Miami Beach.

Kelsy at the front desk is amazing. The staff is top notch. The pizza shoppe in the lower level is fantastic. They have salads, sandwiches, amazing pizza, and some yummy little garlic knots; that’s just what I tried while there. The stand pool side has friendly staff and food as well. I saw multiple dogs so it seems to be pet friendly. The view from my deck is gorgeous of the beach and water. My room was clean. The hotel needs some updating and is a little on the worn side but I felt safe and enjoyed myself.
