Worst hotel experience of my life! The ocean view is beautiful, and the hotel’s proximity to the beach makes it look much better online than it actually is. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The facilities are in terrible condition: loose faucets and electrical outlets, water-damaged walls, and poorly executed repairs throughout the property. On my very first day, I noticed that part of the floor was constantly wet and extremely slippery. When I reported it, the receptionist questioned my complaint and implied that I simply didn’t know how to close the balcony door before turning on the air conditioning. What bothered me the most, however, was the lack of cleanliness. Even after the room was supposedly cleaned every day, the toilet seat was still visibly dirty. Even stranger, there was always a strange layer of dust and debris behind the entrance door (see photos). I complained several times, but nothing was done—the same dirt was there day after day. Then I discovered where it was coming from, and I almost had a heart attack: a HUGE RAT was living inside the room with me. Just imagine the health risks I was exposed to simply because the room was not being properly cleaned or inspected. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

No restaurant, no lounge, sun loungers by pool All broken, no bar. Pool bar expensive! Small drinks. Do research!

We recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza in North Miami Beach and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early, which made a huge difference after traveling, and they were just as flexible when it came time to check out, letting us stay a little later than scheduled. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help. It really felt like they wanted to make sure we had a comfortable and stress-free stay. The extra flexibility with our check-in and check-out times made the trip much more relaxing and enjoyable. The pool was heated and very comfortable, and being steps away from a beautiful beach was amazing. The view from our room was one of the best we have ever had. Overall, the customer service stood out the most. We truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the staff was, and it made our visit to North Miami Beach even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area.
