JP was prompt with our cars. He was always calm and efficient no matter what we asked. Evelyn at the front desk was incredible as well. Accommodating and personable, authentic.

Great stay with family. Nice room, clean and with a great view. Sophie at the restaurant Steelpan was amazing. Super efficient, courteous, professional and very nice to my family.

Best experience! Great customer service at the front desk. When we checked in we met Rosa with a smile and explained everything about the property. She send us off to the best room with an amazing view of the beach! Prior to check out we met Pita which was super friendly and assisted with a late check out. Will be back to this property!

We came here to enjoy a couple of days before boarding our cruise. The visit was wonderful and the staff did NOT disappoint. The valet guys were super and friendly and efficient in helping us. The front desk was above and beyond with check in and every interaction thereafter. But the best service off all was provided by Kushboo in the dining area for breakfast both days. She was the friendliest person (with the best smile) we met on our trip to this hotel. Steve behind the bar was very nice as well and we enjoyed chatting with him while enjoying the pool. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Fort Lauderdale area!!! P.S. our views from the room could not be beat! 11th floor was amazing!
