Excellent service and fantastic position across road from great beach. Travelled solo and felt completely comfortable with helpful front desk. Especially Andrea, Eve and Ward. Definitely recommend.

amazing experience here with the beach side private seating! it felt quiet, relaxing, and very nice. Ruben was amazing and accommodated all our requests of sitting in the front near the water. He was very polite and friendly! He made the experience for sure!

Andrea at the front desk was INCREDIBLE and super accommodating after a very stressful situation. She is an asset to this operation, and we cannot thank her enough for her help. The room is great, the view is even better, and we are finally at ease.

The hotel was great but even better was the food and especially the service at the Steel Pan. Tijmen, was an excellent server!!
