I stayed in a partial ocean view room on the 23rd floor, and Diamond Head was right in front of me! The ocean was clearly visible too, making for a very comfortable stay. Despite being a large hotel, I could feel the warm hospitality of all the staff members. The weather was unfortunate, but I was able to relax at the hotel. mahalo!

Had such an amazing stay at this resort! It couldn't have been more perfect for our baby moon. We had the ocean front suite and it was truly breathtaking. The sound of the ocean waves and the beautiful view.. not to mention how clean, modern and spacious the room was. More importantly a warm thank you to Eian, the manager for housekeeping who made our experience 10/10. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The whole team was very warm and accommodating! Jhon their overnight manager made sure any questions we had were resolved. Thank you! We will be sure to stay here again during our next visit.

Great experience overall. Clean and beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Location was great too, close enough to the beach and shopping, very walkable.

Please don’t go to this hotel. It was a very disappointing experience. We booked it expecting a five-star standard, but it was worse than many two-star hotels. Cleanliness was very poor. There were bugs, mildew, and mold in the HVAC system, making the air feel unsafe to breathe. There were also water issues in the bathroom and a complete lack of maintenance.
