My husband and I I traveled to Hawaii for our 10 year anniversary and has the best time at Oahu. The staff at the hotel especially Tatiana really went beyond to make our anniversary feel very special! We will be definitely staying at this hotel again if traveling again to Oahu. The location and views are great too!

Lobby nice but diamond view room not much better than a travel lodge or premier inn room. Clean. The pics on the website show a glazed walk in shower but our room had a bath and curtain which I don’t like so we asked to move rooms. They tried to accommodate our request but gave us a key to a room already occupied which was a bit embarrassing! Rooms are ok just a bit plain and dated. We bought access to the long board room. If you are happy with low end food and no veg or salad then it’s ok as free flowing beer and wine. Food is not great. Service is ok but some staff are a little dismissive and feel like they don’t like you. Chef is lovely but the food is not good. If you are vegan or vegetarian you’d starve!!!

BLACK MOULD ON THE WALLS CEILING AND FURNITURE. We stayed at this Hotel for the second time and it was HORRIFIC. DIRTY, RUN DOWN AND NOISEY. First time was below average and MASSIVELY OVERPRICED based on the poor quality of the property.

The extra bed was disgusting. So we asked to change the room two days later but they said all rooms are booked. They said they just can change the sofa bed to use as a bed. That is the only option because I can’t use this bed anymore after I found this spots on the bed. Don’t use their extra bed service. This is not like 4-star hotel.

Very nice place, near to waikiki beach and easily connected by bus to different places in Oahu, the staff were very nice in all our stay and it would be possible for us to rent a microwave. The room is big and comfortable, and the amenities were ok.
