Gladys is the best!!

My wife and I stopped in on our honeymoon before heading back home on a late flight. We stopped in for a day use of a room to kill time before our flight much later. Gladys was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our short stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Even after a small hiccup with our room not having hot water, Gladys quickly sent Caesar up to help us grab our things and move us to another room. Thank you so much for everything you do!! Mahalo!
