Stayed here for our honeymoon. This is NOT a Holiday Inn Express like in the UK. Far better with quality amenities. Good stuff: Staff - Very friendly and helpful Pool and play area - Great to unwind, never busy Bed and pillows - Comfortable Location - A few minutes walk from the beach and shops Reception area - Nice water feature, Koi Carp, spacious View - We had a sea view OK stuff: Breakfast - Better than expected, good choice with some special items each day Shop - Handy for grabbing bits but not a huge choice Gym - A nice selection of equipment Bad stuff: Tiny room - Just not enough space and the air conditioning unit was big and loud No balcony - Lifts - No access to swimming pool area from higher floors so you have to go down to go up Overall: Would have been a 5 star rating had it not been for the size of the room. This is a great hotel and an ideal base for a staying in Waikiki. We can't comment on price as we paid with IHG points. $200 per night for Waikiki seems reasonable.

The Best hotel staff I travel a lot and you really can’t find better all around experience. Dest help are friendly and professional. Rooms are cleaned daily and always look forward to there breakfast buffet. There are surprises on certain days that we always find delicious

Small room, partial view but very efficient staff. Room was clean and made up every day. Coffee not so hot as in taste but nice having it in the room, plus a frig too. Breakfast was included, nice if it had been hot. Nice selection of food and the staff was very efficient. What they considered an omelet and mine are totally different. Nice if something was in it. Fake eggs I suspect. Potatoes every day would be nice too. Parking is $50 a day and plenty of places to park. Location at the base of Waikiki on the west side was good too. Very commercial now, no local vibe at all. Has a pool and hot tub, too many kids in it make me wonder how they keep the water blue!

Stayed here a few weeks ago and it was the best! More than I expected. From the time we checked in with Adele and how nice she was all the way to check out this place is great. And the view from our room on the 44th floor was spectacular! Lots of amenities like breakfast and plenty to do for the kids if you take kids.
