Great experience

Very affordable price, nice hotel, great room very helpful staff. The room was so nice, Beau got us a room on a higher floor so we could get the view for just a couple bucks more. The staff there was great, very upbeat and fun. Thumbs up guys ! Mahalo Nui Loa.
Subpar Stay, Major Disappointment
Gamepop (Olympia, Washington) on Jan 09, 2025
Hugely disappointing Christmas to New Year's stay. While the valet service was excellent (though a hefty $58/day), the rest of the experience was subpar. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with rooms often left uncleaned and lacking basic necessities like towels and toiletries. Unresponsive staff, cancelled activities, and a disruptive New Year's Eve party further marred the stay. The inflexible checkout policy and the paltry $100 refund offered for a 7-night stay with so many issues felt insulting. To top it off, the destination fee was a complete scam, failing to deliver on any of the promised amenities. Would not recommend.
