Lovely hotel with very good amenities. Friendly helpful staff. The pool was great for cooling off and relaxing. Good location, walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the relaxing holiday vibe of the hotel. Handy to bus stop to travel further afield. Highly recommend.

The rooms were soooo clean and the beds were perfect! Fantastic mattress snd the shower set up was excellent as well. Live music in the lobby was cool. Loves the open air lobby. I had and issue with a room and the front dest staff was on it and changed my room and got me a room on the top floor with views of the water for days! Thanks again to the staff for being nice and especially Scheseen at the front desk for helping with my room change and remembering our name and asking if we were happy with our stay and going the extra mile. The hotel was in great condition, and the staff were quite helpful. Kerri Ann at the Registration Desk was especially helpful with our check-in and follow-up. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Waikiki. Our room was nice and clean.

Most comfortable bed and bedding I have ever experienced at a hotel in my life! This is very important to me. The staff were friendly and helpful. Newly renovated and beautiful. Can’t recommend strong enough. Absolutely recommend Romer Waikiki at the Ambassador

I had a delightful stay at Romer Waikiki at The Ambassador! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed while visiting the University of Manoa with my daughter. The room was clean, cheerful, and very comfortable, and the pool was absolutely wonderful for relaxing after a busy day. Although we didn’t get a chance to use the complimentary bikes this time, I’m already looking forward to trying them out on our next visit. Over the next four years, while my daughter is attending U of M, this will be the only hotel I stay at. I’ll also be recommending it to all my friends and family when they come to visit. Highly recommend — a great experience all around!
