I have done lot of reviews and never ever had this horrible experience with a hotel like this one, I am still at the hotel while doing this review since it is business funded trip and they dictate where to stay but dear lord. DO NOT, again DO NOT get fooled with the pictures. Room service horrible, amenities ZERO ice machine exist only on the second floor only so good luck with that. Poolside or pool itself looks wow in the picture come check for yourself LORD oh LORD. Elevators, if you are in rush you are out of luck since you have to wait couple minutes for the elevator to show up and they THE STAFF admit elevator is bad. Doors, door knobs, door deadlock, carpet, wallpaper, i can go on forever terrible and falling apart. The only thing in the room or should I say only saving grace is the bathroom looks like they fixed the bathroom and forgot everything else. Fridge stuffed inside a cabinet that makes it so hot it start dripping water. Room get cleaned half half or dependent on the mood of the person cleaning. Parking is VALET only which is good. Area surrounding the hotels something else NOT GOOD that is.

We have super enjoyed the midcentury modern vibes of the hotel. Valet is easy, staff are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the pool a lot. Recommend when staying in Waikiki. It is central to the canal and for walking downtown. We enjoyed the coffee bar in the lobby too.

I want to use this opportunity to thank Silvia for such an awesome experience. Her explanation was on point and her assistance in simplifying all the issues that we have. AMAZING & UNFORGETTABLE time & experience here. The staff was truly kind, friendly, & EXTREMELY helpful during my stay here while in my process of looking for an apartment after moving to Hawaii in April. Will definitely recommend & go back just to say hey. They made me feel like apart of their O'HANA !!! ??.

I stayed here for one night with my husband since we were flying into HNL late and didn’t want to waste money on a higher end hotel just to sleep. We planned to hop over the next morning to the hotel we would be staying in for the rest of our trip. I’m just glad we were only here for one night. The hotel location is a few blocks away from where the hustle and bustle of the main drag, so location is pretty good if you don’t mind a 5-10 minute walk. You get distracted by the remodel and the cute aesthetic of the decor. Then you go up the elevator and the hallways resemble something of an old run down Bronx apartment building which was unexpected, cuz the lobby’s was pretty cute. Upon first glance, our room was clean, but further inspection proved otherwise. There were no tissues in the tissue box, no hand soap refill, and hair in the shower that definitely wasn’t ours. Housekeeping needs improvement over all. After reading reviews and knowing that we would only be here for one night I decided to take a chance but I’m glad we’ll be checking out today and going somewhere else. Definitely would not classify this as a 4-star hotel, not sure why Google does.
