Overall it was an amazing and would come back! My family loved it as well. Although there was construction going on it was still fun.

I loved my accommodation at this hotel and even got an upgrade from my original booking. I had a one bedroom suite on the corner of the building with fabulous views of both Diamond Head and across the Canal looking at the golf course. It was very windy during my stay which I could hear howling through the edges of the windows and sliding glass door opening onto the balcony, which overlooked the swimming pool on the 6th floor. There was some construction happening down the hall from my room but nothing too disruptive. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. I highly recommend this hotel!

Never again. Outr check out time supposed to be 1pm because I rqstd it since we can do late check out for kamaaina and the frontdesk when check in agreed and told us we can do 1pm check out. By the time we need to check out they told us 11:30 am to leave by 12 even tho they told us already we can do 1pm co. ???????

Celebrated 12 year wedding anniversary at this hotel and they exceeded out expectations. Great customer service at the front desk. And with great security guards. Great walking distance to everywhere in waikiki and to the beach. Also the beds felt amazing. We didntbwake up with sore backs and it was very clean! Definitely coming back

The trip to Hawaii was gorgeous as always. Unfortunately the hotel was in construction and we were separate on different floors. Staff were wonderful. Rooms not to clean but I guess clean enough. The beds are bad and pillows are flat. Recommend your own pillow if you like a little fluff. But overall, it was just a place to sleep (which didn’t get much).
