Run down and very noisey

We paid for Preferred Club and an ocean front room. That meant that every single night there was a function in front of our room that was so loud that it was like having a TV on at full volume right beside you until late into the evening. The hotel itself is run down including broken tiles in the hallways that are tripping hazards. The food is not great, a lot of sauces and overcooked meat. The ocean is beautiful and there are many pools to choose from (two adults only). Sadly, I would not recommend this formerly wonderful property if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation.

Had an amazing week at the Dreams in Huatulco. The facilities and service are top notch. We opted for the Premium Package and it paid for itself easily. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent a lot of time at the Lounge Preferred on the 6th floor and Genaro was one of the best staff I have met at any location. He was always smiling and went above and beyond to make sure we were always happy with our stay. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone!
