Wonderful having so much fun the disco is awesome love watching Ignacio and Rosita it’s just amazing being here with my family. Thank you for the experience . Will never forget this trip to Krystal Ixtapa. Already planning my next trip out here

Old, hotel needs renovation Buffets get boring after day 2 The air conditioning in my room was not working I had to call twice to get them to come check it out, still didn’t work. Had to call again for them to send a fan to the room Constant harassment from the staff in the lobby trying to get you to buy activities Worst check in experience I’ve ever had, incredibly long and complicated
