A magical stay in Maui
Sachoat87 (Hampshire, United Kingdom) on Sep 03, 2024
This was by far one of the best trips we have made. There was slight confusion when we checked in as the room given was not the one we were expecting. However after a short conversation this was amended with an upgrade for a small amount. Lei were given upon check in which I loved. Our room was 2019 which had a front view of the sea. It was an amazing view to wake up to. The room was very clean and spacious, cleaned daily. The sea was warm and on few days many turtles could be seen. The beach is not wide enough for beds however chairs are offered which are perfect to turtle watch. There is a desk to book excursions. We went snorkelling and to see drums of the pacific based at the hotel. Whalers village is a short walk if you walk along the back of the hotel. A cheaper food selection can found here. Otherwise expect to spend around $60 for lunch and $90 for dinner. This was excluding alcohol. There are shops inside the hotel that serve coffee/drinks and snacks. I would 100% come back to hotel if we came back to Maui.
Great Stay at Hyatt Regency Maui
Travelwebob (Charleston, South Carolina) on Sep 02, 2024
Had a great stay. Used suite upgrade for an ocean view suite which was very nice. Wonderful staff in the Regency Club. Pool is large and there is plenty of room even with the part blocked off for construction, but the configuration is a bit odd. Used pool next door at Hyatt Vacation Club. Didn’t hear any construction noise that others have complained about but we were there on a weekend and checked out Monday, so perhaps that was why. Would definitely go again!
