Thank you Sarah our 2nd floor room service provider. She was kind and thoughtful telling us about the island, hotel and places . Always with a smile and courtesy. Thank you so very much
Big Storm, cancelled flights

There were eight of us in three rooms. Two of our four teens were exchange students. It was so enjoyable. A "Kona" storm left 41 inches of rain in 24 hours with lots of wind. The resort was phenominal in the effort to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled. They were so kind about it! This was our 12th stay at this resort, and won't be the last.
Relaxing, low key resort right in the beach. My second year staying here and not my last

This is my second year staying at the Outrigger Ka’anapali Beach Resort. Lovely, relaxing property, spotless, very friendly vibe. The Premium ocean view room was a perfect size, well-appointed and spotless. Rooms are well instantes and not noisy between the walls. The staff are top-notch, professional and friendly. Specifically, Vangie from housekeeping was a delight-so kind and friendly. She made sure I had what I needed each day. Adrian set up my cabana (and took my reservations). This is the second year he’s helped me and was absolutely wonderful! Dustin and Alexis at the front desk were accommodating and invaluable.
Perfect Location & Friendly Staff

The staff was extremely friendly during our week in Maui. During our stay, Risteta took excellent care of our room … she made us feel like we were her only guests. The property is in a great location for activities and Whalers Village for shopping, restaurants, and spirits.
Feeling cheated

Total Scam- I am unhappy about being charged an additional 600 in resort fees, when there is small pool, no gym, no beach chairs (only available for rent). When I asked what the mandatory resort fee covers I was told tea and internet. How is this even legal?
