This was a last minute family getaway. Booked this trip on Costco travel. I found it to be of great value in the Kaanappali area. This hotel is one of the older ones in Kaanapali but it is in great shape and the rooms seem recently renovated. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely return and recommend.

Everyone was very nice and they took great care of us. Marivin was the best and extremely accommodating & helpful. We look forward in staying again.

Excellent service by all… We were thrilled with Lyn, our house keeper. She did a great job! She greeted us by our name and left us inspiring notes during our stay. We were booked in the hotel during the first Kona storm. The staff did a great job accommodating us with rooms when our flights were cancelled over a three day period. The valets were very helpful getting our van & loading our luggage during the heavy rains without complaint as we made attempts to drive to the airport. We also really enjoyed having the Maui Brewing Restaurant on the property. They had great food and the service was good as well.

Outrigger resort was a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and updated and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our housekeeper Lyn was wonderful at keeping all our towels refreshed and the room clean. The beach was very clean and it was nice to have Maui Brewing company on-site too. We took advantage of the guest laundry $3/loaf and change was available. Walking distance to Whalers village was also a big bonus. We had an ocean front room on the fourth floor and could see whales from our balcony!

Excellent location, good food on site. The room was solid, enjoyed our stay very much.
