Beautiful island.

The hotel and grounds are beautifully kept, the rooms very clean and all the workers lovely and friendly. The swimming pool isn’t great but it’s ok. I knew we have to pay hotel tax but I thought the $ 25 for self parking was rather expensive but charging $85 for two sunbeds and umbrella per day was outrageous, especially if you were staying for 16 nights, obviously I didn’t pay it!! That’s what really annoyed me because the beach is fantastic and we love to sit/lay on the beach.

Loved our stay at The Outrigger Ka'anapali Beach Resort. Upgraded to beach view and courtyard. Enjoyed sitting on the Lanai watching the the waves crash the beach. We had a great time on the beach. Loved the atmosphere in the restaurant, bar. Would recommend. Found the food and beverage to be expensive and not living up to the price.

The location of the Outrigger Ka’anapali was an absolute dream. We had an ocean view from our room & it was beautiful! The staff were helpful & nice. The atmosphere was so calming & beautiful! The price was excellent for the value! Maui Brewing offered great food, music & friendly staff! Wonderful place in Maui!

Stayed at OUTRIGGER Ka?anapali Beach Resort as part of a group tour in April. Rooms are nicely updated with enough room for two. Great beach that is only steps away. Shopping area a short walk from resort down the beach walk with restaurants and a bar or two. Nice set up. Area is little isolated from other island attractions on northeast side of island. Had an issue the first evening there. Our entire building suffered a power outage. Power was out a couple hours and came on sometime after we turned in. No real harm done but resort never acknowledged it. A si and a couple drink vouchers would have been welcome. A second thing that disturb us was booking though the concierge. We booked an evening sail and a luau. Thought I gave her a $10 tip that turned out to 10%. My fault for not looking closer at what I was doing. Price was pretty steep so I did some checking back in my room. Could have booked same excursions for $130 less on my phone than I was just charged not including oversized tip. I would have expected best price for guests. Went back next morning to talk about and see if I could get rebate back on the charges but concierge talked around issue and did nothing. Book your own excursions and save some money.
