Lots of rules; poor maintenance of property services! Be wary!

Convenient location but poor service to guests from property manager; had no hot water in all 60 units for over a week! At the prices being charged, would have expected prompt service or token discounts. This condo is showing many signs of aging, and has pages of rules that apparently are more important than reliable hot water. If you’re considering this place, look elsewhere!
Resident manager could ruin your trip!

The owners of our suite were great, and for the most part this property has a great location, view, and price. However, the resident manager hired by the condo board could easily ruin your trip. He is hell bent on making sure everyone is obeying the condo and pool rules to the letter, and he is rude and aggressive about it. I'll provide a couple examples to demonstrate how bad it was. We were barbequeing one night and using the pool and he out a couple times to remind us that there is no splashing and no tossing around balls in the pool. Anyone ever been to a pool with no splashing or ball play? The pool closes at 9PM. He came at 8:45PM to kick us out, abruptly and rudely. We tried to ask him why he was kicking out early and he pointed to the clocks on the wall and yelled at us that those are the clocks that he goes by. They were conveniently set 15 minutes fast. It doesn't say anything about those clocks in the pool rules that are provided, and when we tried talking to him about it he wouldn't have it, and even got to threatening to call the police on us??? This guy is a bully, plain and simple. He has no customer service skills and was hired as an enforcer. After this incident, there were other vacationers that shared their similar negative experiences with us about how he was aggressive and rude about silly things, like sand in front of their suite door. I can't imagine why a condo board would hire someone with his aggressive approach running the place. He is the opposite of fun and relaxing, so if that's what you're looking for in your vacation to Maui, maybe stay somewhere else. There's plenty of great properties in Kihei.
Looks Can Be Deceiving!

I booked this property after viewing wonderful pictures online. WOW was I wrong! Upon arrival, our cottage was disgusting. The place seemed as if it had not been cleaned in months. There was a film of dirt all over the floors. Our shower towels smelt like vomit! Not to mention, how excruciating hot this place is! There is no A/C in the living room and kitchen. Good luck trying to enjoy your stay here. It was so bad, we stayed at another hotel the first night due to the heat. It was over 90 degrees inside! We were aware on the website there was no A/C in the living room, however, it was unbearable. Another serous issue is the Condo "Resident Manager" Johnie Blevins. He is rude, disrespectful, and speaks to families and their children in a condescending manner. I would suggest ethical and customer service training since he directs much of his unprofessionalism towards minority individuals. He is a direct reflection of how Maui Parkshore treats its guests. We tried to reach out to our rental manager with these serious matters and didn’t receive a call back until two days later! All of these issues held no since of urgency when speaking to our managing host. Not even a portable fan or A/C was accommodated. The only resolution offered was a $50 credit, which is disappointing since we paid $3,600 for this condo! Please at all costs, save yourself and your family the horrible stay and customer service at the Maui Parkshore 310. I would not stay at Maui Parkshore or any property affiliated with Maui Condo & Home LLC if it was offered for free!
Great place to stay!

Great amount of space for the price, excellent location walking distance from restaurants and across the street from the beach (for great sunsets). the unit we were in had a lot of beach gear (chairs, snorkels, etc) in the closet, but that may not be universal. easy contactless in and out. The one downside was that from kihei, you have to go 15 minutes north to get literally anywhere else on the island.
Great location!!

Right accross the street from Kamole 3 beach, lighted crosswalk and walking distance to many restaurants/bars, public bus stop right outside (much improved transit system) nice sized clean pool , approx 1972 vintage, some units have been kept up better than others, mostly all unit owned and rented out part time. Substantioa bird noise in the AM, traffic does cause some noise and constant people walking by , but we like it, not as boring being back from the street. Maui is full of seniors (I am one myself) and as a result the rules here have been laid down by them, knarly if challenged.
