A great overall experience! Extremely courteous staff willing to help meet all your needs. An exceptional breakfast with healthy choices for all. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We are sure to revisit on our next trip to Kelowna.. Tony & Janie Ontario

Great stay at a well maintained hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

I recently stayed in the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kelowna for business. Upon arrival I was met by the very friendly and helpful front desk staff, who were quick to check me in and able to answer my questions about local eateries. I noted that the common areas of the hotel were extremely well kept and clean. My room was everything I had hoped for after a busy few days, being clean, well maintained, and the bed being very comfortable. I could have asked any more of the house keeping staff or the friendly and very helpful front desk staff. The morning breakfast was perfect, and saved me time.

Fairfield Inn and Suites Kelowna went above and beyond our expectations. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast options. We travel frequently across Canada, and this hotel has become our favourite in Western Canada. Job well done to the team!

Our stay at the Fairfield was a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We found it quiet and a convenient location. Ample parking and good variety for breakfast. All in all we would recommend the Fairfield. D and E

Dirty room!! Live and dead bugs around room, mold. Unacceptable customer service

We arrived on Friday Feb 23rd evening for one night, after skiing at Big White Mountain Resort. Upon arriving to our room we noticed live bugs crawling on the wall. (Wel caught a live bug in a specimen container with orange top to show staff). Further investigation noticed dead bugs on floor, window track, on top of vent and mold in heat/air conditioning vent. Called front desk and they were sold out of our room type and offered us two room which we accepted as we were exhausted and had an early flight. We checked the other rooms and they were satisfactory. Took a long time to bring us room keys. Upon checkout the front desk staff communicated "they won't charge us for for the second room!" We voiced our concerns and thought we should not be charged for the second room as we weren't responsible for the bugs or mold. We requested compensation, front desk staff was hesitant and said the best they could do is $30 credit and to contact the general manager on Monday. Very disappointed as the general manager was away until end of week and the staff assigned said she could offer some marriott points. We called the general manager at the end of the week and discussed our situation and he stated he would return our call after investigation. He did NOT return our call. We attempted to call again and manager Kelly called us to offer an additional $70 dollars but only credited $40 to our credit card. The staff does not communicate promptly we are still awaiting a call back, it is insulting to have to request compensation and request not to be charged for the second room and the fact that they rent out dead and live bug rooms is unacceptable. Would not recommend staying here.
