Valuable Items stolen
meera03 (london) on May 18, 2022
I have just come back from a stay in Vegas. We. Stayed at the Cosmo. During my stay my Rolex was stolen from the room. We went out for 45 mins and in that time room was cleaned and the rolex was stolen. We told them straight away while the cleaner were still on the floor. We filed a investigation and spoke to guest manger who we though was helpful at the time. They told me they would investigate and try to get the watch back if not they will replace to value. We were leaving the next day to go back to the UK. 3 days have passed no word from hotel, i contacted them and told me investigation came back undetermined and they are doing nothing. They didn’t bother contacting me i had to reach out they took no responsibility. Clearly while i was there they were lying i cant even tell if there was an investigation. They also refused to share cctv. Dont stay here they dont care about their customers!!!! And your stuff will not be safe
awesome location with fantastic food great view and fun vibes

Budget permitting this is one of the most central & fun spot to stay in Vegas. It's ultra clean, hip, safe, filled with positive vibes, for a little extra you will get arguably the best view in the strip. This review is for the terrace suite at the Chelsea Tower (#4419) which has the Las Vegas Blvd & Bellagio fountain view. The Chelsea Tower rooms are more quiet compared to the raucous Boulevard Tower. The latter is also where the party pools & restaurants/bars are located. For us it was a slight inconvenience to walk between towers to access food/drinks. There are gyms on both towers, the Chelse gym opens 6-6 while the blvd gym is 24 hr. You can grab bottled water from both gyms...hint. The Blvd pool was huge, reminiscent of the party pools at Cabo resorts. It was packed with happy peeps of all ages, all with drinks in hands. The Chelsea pool was smaller and the guests more subdued. We didn't get a chance to sample the high energy Marquee Club but it was usually filled with good looking and well-dressed peeps. The onsite dining options were impressive. You can enjoy some of the best Italian, Spanish, Asian & American cuisines in town without leaving the hotel. The Secret Pizza served up fantastic NY style thin crispy pizza that's more legit than anything I had in the Bay area. As for the terrace suite it was huge (900 sq ft) with large living room, 2 full bathroom with luxurious shower & 1 hot tub with jets. The huge balcony offered a birds eye view of the Las Vegas blvd and the fantastic Bellagio Fountain show which usually lasts noon-MN. Our mattress was soft and probably needs to be updated as the body indentations were more pronounced, the pillows were large and a bit lumpy. Black-out curtains worked great. Post-COVID many hotels now utilize mainly Kiosk for check-in, but not here. You will get friendly in person services at the counters, the staff were very helpful and accessible
