Headed in the wrong direction

Where to even start. I’m a local and have been coming in weekly for years. The customer service is so bad now I’m probably going to start playing somewhere else just like many of my friends. The people they have checking ID’s, for all four entrances, don’t even look at you, and don’t even say anything back to you when you give them a friendly greeting. Half the bartenders don’t want to be there as they have personally said this to me. Just yesterday , the small guy with the mustache at the main bar by registration actually grunted at me when I said hello. There was not one person at his bar at 12:00pm. He had this smug look on his face when me and my girlfriend tried to get a drink. We just walked away and went next door even though I had comps for free drinks. Aside from good parking options, I can’t say anything else is positive at this point. Half the girls on the floor serving drinks don’t want to be there and rarely have a smile on their face.

When I arrived the first thing the front desk person said "would I like to upgrade" I said no all I need it a bed.He said "I'll take care of you" Then proceeded to put me in a room overlooking the pool, room 3121,that wa an upgrade I didn't want despite it being free (so he said). The music with a deep bass beat went on all day and into the night until about 1 am. I could not sleep,it was pure torture to have to listen to that all day and most of the night. When I asked to change rooms,"Sorry we're full" is all I got.I called every hotel in Vegas to get the hell out of that place.Having been to Vegas dozens of times this is a first bad experience..I spent the entire weekend fatigued due to no sleep.Never again will I stay there after that,it was unbearable....stay somewhere else, this is not the place to stay if you want to sleep
