I recently had a truly disappointing experience at Encore Hotel, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. The most alarming issue was the condition of my room. Upon entering in the room on the 2nd-3rd day, I noticed an unpleasant musty smell, which should have been my first red flag. To my dismay, I discovered visible mold in the food/sandwiches that I ate before . This is not only unacceptable but poses serious health risks. Things took a turn for the worse when I stomachache. I spent the rest of my stay battling nausea and discomfort, all while dealing with the unsanitary conditions of the room. They made a report with the hope to call me, but I had to call them after a week. There was no offer of assistance or compensation for the distressing experience I endured. What compounded my disappointment was the response from management Jason Woavert (Claim manger) when I reached out to discuss the situation. Instead of a sincere apology or acknowledgment of the issue, I received a dismissive response that failed to address my concerns, just say sorry that you eat it. It felt as though my health and well-being were not taken seriously, and there was a lack of accountability on their part.

Beautiful resort, very clean and well maintained. Their service staff are kind, and helpful with any questions. The restaurants are so-so, the buffet is extremely overpriced and we didn’t like being told sitting down that we were being timed 2 hours to finish, not that we needed that long. Absolutely no where else near the hotel to get breakfast, and all the other restaurants were completely full with long waits.
