The lobby at The Westin Reserva Conchal Golf Resort & Spa will be undergoing a soft renovation. The work will start on August 6 with an expected completion date of September 11, 2024.
During this period, the reception area will be relocated temporarily to an alternate area ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout processes. Additionally, restaurants and other facilities including rooms and our Westin and family lounges will continue to operate as usual.
Renovations will occur daily between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
All efforts will be made to minimize impact to guests during this time.

My family stayed at the Westin for a week and found the services good, people friendly and rooms were clean. We had a few issues at the beginning and they were very responsive. We ate at almost all of the restaurants where food was good. Shout out to Tisha at the front desk who went out of her way to get us into a restaurant we really wanted to eat at. Pool is very nice and large and the entertainment staff were great at doing activities for adults and teens. The beach was beautiful and they had paddle boarding, kayaks available for free. They also had jet skis to rent. The local vendors on the beach were super friendly. We got some awesome massages on the beach from the locals (we recommend Jackie). We used Erik G (he has google blue shirt on the beach - Google him) to go to the waterfalls and had a great hike, and zip lining. It was an awesome day! We also used him for transportation from the airport. He was a great coordinator for the activities and he even went above and beyond for me when we needed medication from a local pharmacy. We spent plenty of time at the resort as they have tons of activities (pool, tennis, pickleball, bike riding, volleyball, basketball, ping pong, pool tables, fitness center, beach, golf). Resort also has excursions to offer. We would definitely return. Highly recommend!!!

Super cool resort property with an unbelievable spa. Comfortable beds, spacious room, and really cold AC. Beautiful beach ( it’s Costa Rica!!) with staff that sets up chairs and umbrellas. Excellent gym and paths throughout the resort for walking. Loved this place!
