Fantastic family hotel

This is a great hotel for families coming to Disneyland. We appreciate the room service and daily provision of towels which many hotels have stopped doing. Asking for maintenance and supplies has been a positive experience so far. We were greeted by Mukesh Patel who helped check us in and this was a great impression of the hotel for us, to have someone with such great customer service. We recommend the hotel update its policy for wristbands as when we requested a new one from another staff member they were not customer service focused and dismissive. Overall, a quiet room and very pleased with our accomodation.

The king suite was great for a family with 4 young kids. There were a few things about the room that could have been better…lamp light bulb was burned out, one of the bunk bed lights was broken, the body wash was empty in the shower, the hand-held shower head sprayed all over at the connecting point, and the carpet was very stained/bleached. These were all things kids didn’t even notice or care about. The kids did wish the hotel had the Disney channel to watch in the room so that was one bummer. Having a tub/shower and another shower was great! The beds were very comfortable and the linens all seemed fresh…not worn out like some hotels. Kids loved the pool!! Breakfast was also great! All the people working in the dining room were so kind and helpful! Edith was so sweet each morning and she deserves a shout out from the baby princess and her three brothers.
