Had a great stay at the Hacienda Del Mar Los Cabos. Special thanks to Ruben and James at Tomatoes and to Felix the bell man for adding to our trip! Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. Service at both restaurants was slow compared to what we are used to. Resort is clean and well kept. Could use more activities but that’s more of a personal preference.

Amazing service from Abdiel y Ruben in the buffet restaurant! We had the breakfast buffet and they were helpful giving us a tour around and making sure we had a great experience. We will be coming back soon!

Great location and a solid place to stay. The hotel is located on a bay where the blue whales are swimming and breaching in end of January beginning of February - even an Orca swam 100 yards off the beach. Beach is not swimmable but multiple pools are great. Breakfast was good, everyone at the location was helpful, friendly and obviously hardworking. The one challenge is this stupid thing that people get up at the crack of dawn to save chairs and don't show up all day - highly annoying. The pool attendants don't dare remove the towels even if tempted. There is a time share that is part of the property and it seems they are mostly the culprits as they group together and take all the chairs that face the view of the ocean. The other one thing that annoyed me was the events person trying to get me to go to a sales pitch breakfast - she was all nice and helpful and when I said I didn't want to participate - she offered free food vouchers... she tried to make me feel guilty - sorry that's not how I want to spend my vacation. This is a fairly quiet hotel - no partying and no late nights - mostly older group probably due to the time share. Jesus at the pool was great!

Great stay at Hacienda Del Mar. Great beach, pools, and restaurants. Easy access to the party in Cabo San Lucas and the chill vibe of San Jose del Cabo. The entire staff was very attentive, but Roberto was especially fantastico taking care of us poolside all week long!

This resort has top notch service and an amazing atmosphere. It was very accomodating to our baby and small children. The food is fantastic, and the drinks are well crafted. We watched the whales from the beach and the beachside pools.
