Our family had a terrible experience here. Food was overpriced and tasted awful. The owners' rate for some restaurants (that I was sent a week prior) wasn't honored. Pool bar drink prices were exorbitant. AC and sewage leak issues in our room that was never resolved. Lastly, the hold deposit on our CC was never refunded. They show it was refunded on their end but refuse to provide us with an itemized bill showing the refund in order to clear it with my credit card. Complete waste of money. Don’t stay here.

Carlos was very friendly and helpful explaining the dishes to us. Food was decent, it was nice having the taco topping bar to customize. The guacamole was very fresh. They had a wide variety of taco selection and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Beautiful resort. Right on the beach. The sounds of waves crashing is calming and lovely to wake up to. Breakfast at Tomatoes is 100%! Delicious with beautiful views and flowing mimosas. Our favorite meals! Staff is very friendly, willing to help, go above and beyond, and attentive at the pools. We used the gym a couple of times. Well maintained machines. Very nice and clean, fresh spa water available and towels. Cardio and weights. I had two experiences at the Cactus Spa (I splurged because I always look forward to massages and spa experiences). This experience was top notch. Guilana at the front desk helped me both times and was welcoming and accommodating. My therapists were Blanca for a whole body massage and Rocio for a candle massage and mini facial. What a great experience. Both were super nice, the massage was phenomenal and the facial was bliss after being in the sun for a couple of days. They have a steam room, sauna, outdoor secluded hot and cool tubs with a whole rainforest vibe. I highly, highly recommend their services. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely return.

Beautiful facility in beautiful setting with wonderful people. Many choices of areas, pools, restaurants, gardens.
