The family vacation was fantastic and Andre manager was very accommodating and helpful all the time we would go back any time This place was so welcome and friendly. My group had 20 people and everyone had such good time. We had a food concierge who help us all time. Manger was super fantastic and helpful.
Nice with small hiccups

The resort was well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and quite helpful. My kids spent a lot of time at the teen club and bowling alley although some of the equipment wasn’t working. We were highly disappointed that the waterpark (which was the main reason for choosing this resort) was closed down for maintenance during our trip. The guest manager was very apologetic and did his best to speed up the process which left us with the final two days to be able to use the water park. Evening Entertainment could be better but the ladies by the pool keeping the vibe going through the day were awesome. The food was mid and often times very salty. Overall it was a nice getaway and I would return.
