Terrible Hotel, Amazing Entertainment

My family & I visited the Royalton in St Lucia and loved it so booking this place was a no brainer but boy were we left disappointed! From the ridiculously long check in process, to being told to wash with shampoo as they didn’t have any shower gel, broken air conditioning, awful food in restaurants and just general terrible customer service, we were left extremely disappointed. The ONLY thing that made our stay enjoyable was the amazing Vibe Team - wow!! Bjorn, Aundre, breast milk and the team made sure we were all having an amazing time & ALWAYS brought the vibes. They are such talented entertainers and are the best thing about the hotel in all honesty, just wish the hotel itself was better so we could come back and enjoy the vibes again. Do better Royalton.

Me and mum and sister had an amazing time the hotel was beautiful THE VIBE TEAM are amazing them and the main pool side bar staff are amazing BJ STAR FIRE and ORANDO , HENRCQUES and Nashane and dee are amzing thet really are he cube when it comes to the vibe team and RICARDO and Nickola at the match n pool side bar are amazing i can’t wait to come back and see them all i just want the roylaton to have rhe VIBE team do more evening shows as sime of the shows they had were boring but when they had the jamaican night with the vibe twan every body loved it as they showed us the real jamaica ????
