missing phone charger

my phone charger went missing...... i asked the staff to retreive it but they didn. i left my charger in the plug and came back and it went missing. now my battery is desd, i am on a solo trip and have no way of comunicating. but they dont seem to care.
Secrets - a big disappointment

Very disappointed with this Secrets. Staff did not look or act happy. Food wasn't great. Music was so loud at the main pool that we could not enjoy quiet at the preferred pool. Elevator smelled like sewage. When we turndown a breakfast invitation to talk about their membership program, we were treated rudely and they showed they had no desire to talk with us any longer. We found out information about the resort from other guests. We were so disappointed after spending all that money. We could have gone to a less expensive resort to get that service.
